WOW! Absolutely delicious enchiladas and everything else!! I travel through Taft often have been wanting to try La Cima.. boy I’m glad I did!! The restaurant is spotless! It’s a big deal for me.Tables clean, kitchen clean, floors clean- everything looks really tidy and well cared for.. real pride of ownership!! I had the chicken and steak enchiladas and the meat was exceptional- really juicy and tender. The guacamole was so fresh and the salsa is out of this world fresh!!...
