I went in Sat and got a grilled sour dough jack sandwich. Got home (7 miles away) to find the sandwhich, wasn't grilled at all just round white bread, meat, and tomato. I've never received a sour dough jack like that ever before. I will chalk it up to maybe a new employee. I've always had a great experience here. Next time ill check the bag and make sure its prepared right ..
