Everytime i order a custom pizza I always get it wrong or not fully cooked . I always ask for extra sauce and they dont fully cut it right and the cheese is not cooked all way .

Had a problem about a week ago with a online order, the manager on that moment didn't handle the problem correct, today I had the phone call from manager Nancy and fixed all the problem, thanks Nancy for been so profesional...beside that little problem resolved, me and my kids love little Caesar's pizza!!

Ordered and paid for my food on the app ,went to store to go pick it up at the store before closing and was told my food wasn’t done. Went back to my car and saw the lights turn off i side the building and went back in and was told that they never received my order and that they were closed. If they don’t take orders passed a certain point I would’ve be fine if I was told, but now I have paid for food I didn’t receive and wasted my time waiting 20 minutes in the parking lot.
