The foods always good, but in my opinion it looks & seems they're always understaffed, which makes the waiting time for your order takes a huge toll on my rating. It's also effected one of the orders I'd made expressing to the guy who took the order & was having to help make the awesomely priced Family meal deal, which is(if I recall right)5 burgers, 5 lil'ish sacks of fries, & 5 drinks of your flavor choice.
