Pops Burgers, located in Taft, California is a small restaurant with a fast food look. I'm not sure you could call it fast food, since they say they cook nothing until you order it. I ordered a pastrami burger, fries and a milkshakeAll items we're fantastic! Only two workers at the time and had a big order, plus the drive threw.They we're very busy at that moment. But, very nice and apologigetic. Food was awesome!

Sorry I didn’t take photos, but we had a good lunch there recently. We were hungry after a long day out in the flowers of Carrizo Plain. This was just what we needed. I had an excellent burger with cheese & pastrami. My traveling companion had a pastrami sandwich. Both were simple but good. Fries were just okay. The dining area was clean and modern. A good choice!
