I ordered a fruit mix with cheesecake topping which I’ve done previously many times since they started offering it. They gave me vanilla ice cream with cheesecake topping and when I told them I wanted a strawberry fruit mix with cheesecake topping and had ordered that they told me that the fruit mix doesn’t come with fruit and I could pay extra for it on the side after I had already paid $5 for vanilla ice cream….

I always have such a great time when I visit Sho-White! The food is delicious, and the people are so friendly. Plus, the prices are really reasonable!
stood at the window for 5 minutes to order a cup of tea and they just kept helping cars in the drive-thru and never even looked at me. They just completely ignored me standing there in front of me. I ended up walking away and leaving with nothing.
Whoever's working at 2:12 p.m. on Friday March 1st, 2024, you're terrible at your job and are the rudest people I've ever had the displeasure of not being served by.
