Melissa at the Taft Starbucks always goes above and beyond every time I come in. She is so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely makes people feel appreciated. You can tell she really cares about the customers and works hard to make everyone’s experience positive. Even when it’s busy, she keeps a great attitude and makes the atmosphere feel comfortable and upbeat. It’s employees like Melissa that keep people coming back. Taft Starbucks is lucky to have her!
