The people are nice quick and friendly. I go to several locations during my work week in another town and I will say that this is one of the best. They are smiling and nice. They use my name and recognize me when I come in. They appreciate their clients and treat them kindly. It isn't easy to make a business in a small town successful as it seems the only clients that review are the unhappy ones, but not me I am as happy as can be. I had the greatest experience with one of the sweetest Managers at this Starbucks! She has more knowledge and kindness than any other manager I have had the experience to deal with. Thank you Lexi! You and your crew are always on point and have great suggestions for new drinks to try out

So, I'm only giving this review five stars because I absolutely love Starbucks. BUT the workers at the Kern location in Taft California seem to lack a bit of customer service. Veronica especially. I was there this morning and ordered breve bombs w/vanilla (half and half where the Shots float on top of the half-and-half).
