Oct. 18, 5 stars experience: excelent lattes. Oct. 19 (different barista, same order) 1 star experience because she put syrup in our lattes, which is not what we asked for. Otherwise I liked the shop, very nice decor, food on day 1 was also very tasty.

Wasnt open at 7 am watched the sunrise without my coffee. Came back 30 minutes later the barista was filling the pump pot and i was excited only to be let down by the taste of stale or weak coffe. Its like the beans are 6 months old or they just dont brew it strong enough. Been out of town for a bit. I used to love this place with great coffe for 2bucks in my mug, easy. But i dont like drinking bad coffee so i threw away 3 $ this morning. It will be awhile before i come back if ever. I can easliy forgive lateness it happens to us all. But there is something wrong woth the coffe itself, in my opinion. Sorry.

should’ve listened to the reviews but I was desperate for coffee and gave this place a try.
The two people working aren’t very friendly but aside from that, the coffee was undrinkable. threw $8 away after one sip. I got a toffee latte with an extra shot of espresso and all I tasted was straight syrup and a hint of watered down coffee. save your money and go grab something quick at cvs or safeway

A few friends and I needed some caffeine and found this friendly location. The staff provided good service. I ordered an ice matcha latte which I could say was just plain milk. One of my buds got an ice coffee and sadly it was just watered down milk. Hopefully in due time there would be improvements to the drinks. Overall the atmosphere was pleasant.

I really had hopes for this coffee place because it’s convenient. But , the girls that work in there are not friendly at all! And to make matters worse my coffee was almost not drinkable . So I won’t be going back .

Whoever was working the cash register on 7/21@ approximately 10:30-11:00am This is my 3rd time interacting with this person and everytime she has been rude , I gave her the benefit of the doubt that maybe she was having a bad day. Beyond that she said another customer took my bagel which is a complete lie because I was standing right there. I saw the bagel sitting in the kitchen and she said , THATS NOT IT !!! . It’s like she purposely did it. I will never ever support this coffee shop because of this employee. You should treat customers with a smile and warmth and not disdain. What a horrible experience. I even left a tip.

$5/coffee + 18% minimum tip = handed a cup to go fill it myself. Oh and all carafes empty. Teenaged girls at the register couldn’t care less. Refilled only when there was absolutely no other choice expressing some fake sympathy. Coffee of course sucks.
Business owner: You failed at pretty much everything. Why are you in business if you don’t know how?

Stopped by to get a coffee, there was no rush at all and two girls working. We took a minute to look at the menu and figure out what we wanted. The customer service here was so bad, the girl working the register said thought she heard one thing when we said something else. Proceeding to get both our drinks wrong. And when they came out wrong, we asked for the correct drink and she implied that we must pay for another drink! After paying $5 for a drink that was made incorrectly. We asked if they could just remake it since they screwed up and she just kept saying that we had to pay. Overall, very poor customer service and just rude employees. Will not be returning.
pecan caramel macchiato was real good, the matcha was kinda mid. vibes are the sorts of sitting next to the cool kids’ table in middle school when you yourself are not cool. almost welcoming. enthralling place, definitely recommend.
