The server at this site stopped me at the door to say they are already closed. At 2pm in the afternoon. The door is wide open , and the sign is still on. Don't waste your time coming here for a late lunch.

We ordered udon soup, beef with rice and California tempura and a dragon roll. Unfortunately, all the food doesn't reach 2 stars, the beef was sooooooo heavily covered in teriyaki sauce that apart from the teriyaki flavor, nothing was felt, no meat flavor, the soup was completely tasteless, the rolls were +- ok, I can rate them 3. We ate this food only because we were hungry, no pleasure. Good administrator , friendly and very nice.

I love the food, don’t get me wrong. I come to this place because it’s right next to my job and very convenient. But lately their pickup service has been terrible. It basically takes my entire lunch time to even receive my order. By the time I get to work, my lunch is over. They use to be very on top of their time. But I don’t know what’s going on lately. I hope they work on their time.

This place has been my go-to restaurant for sushi and teriyaki bowls for 8 years. And to see the quality of food go down and prices go up is sad to say the least. The micro sushi rolls are a disappointment, you get bigger rolls at a Vons! Not to say that the bowl n roll combo is $12.99 now when it used to be about $10. The icing on the cake is when they flip the screen and ask for a tip of $5 for bringing my food to my table which is less than 10 feet away? Or what is the tip for? Not sure but damn near spent $25 for two chicken bowls… no drinks

I have been to just about every teriyaki chicken bowl place from here to Portland and this is by far the best. If you've ever seen the anime food wars every bite is like the scenes when one of the judges takes a bite of the dish and they nut so hard there clothes explode off of them. Also they price is insane for how good it is. I love this place and make sure to get it as much as possible whenever I'm in the la area

Terrible place does not accommodate special foods requests. I cannot eat white rice and requested they substitute a veggie roll using brown rice they have on the menu as a side order to which they say they do not use brown rice for their rolls. I was willing to pay an upgrade charge to them refusing my request anyways. Go somewhere else. Not a pleasant place to walk into! First time a sushi place has denied this request. Most try to accommodate guests.
Dietary restrictions: They do not accomodate special diet needs requests.
