Everything here was good nothing special. Did the job easy and easy out not too crowded for a Sunday morning. Definitely would be back.

I had the BLT and was not impressed. The frys were good. I have been there before and liked it, so I will go again. Also, although I didn't have it, the cooler looked delicious

Went to the Tarzana location for dinner. Ordered the tri-tip dinner plate, the portions were ridiculously small & they even charged my friend $ for extra gravy and dressing. Don't waste your money on this place it's a RIP OFF!!

I order from door dash all the time because I like the chili. Last time I dot it it looked old like it was sitting in the fridge all night. And I asked for no onions, yet there they were. That was like 2 weeks ago, then I decided to order it again today, and today, they forgot the corn comes with it. The app does nothing but that the note. I'm seriously getting tired of this, though, who is working on quality control at this place. Is there no pride in service? The quality is going downhill, and the prices are more and more insane. If you are looking for a diner, you'll probably get better at IHOP.

I’ve been to their other location in Torrance and had an amazing experience. Not sure what’s going on at this location but service was bad yesterday. The workers seemed uptight and made passive aggressive remarks towards us.. I’ll be sure to not go back ever again. Food is delicious but the experience was definitely not it and I left upset therefore I chose to not tip which has never been the case. Thankfully, the Torrance location is closest to me.

Reasons I did not give 5 stars:
Food - tuna fish has onions in it (I'm allergic), and it wasn't labeled anywhere. I usually ask for no onions. However, I wasn't expecting there to be onions in tuna, so I didn't.
Atmosphere - it was a bit loud. Difficult to have a conversation.

Save your money !!!!!!! This is the worse place I ever had for breakfast. Just disgusting and bland !!!… I couldn’t even finish it that’s how horrible it was threw it right in the garbage ! Would have had better food at Mc Donald’s !

I went to the Black Bear Diner in Tarzana with some relatives. The food was decent but the prices were a bit much for the quality. I'm rounding a 3.5 up to a 4 because the dessert case has some really good options.
