Absolutely delicious Mediterranean food!!! Different than the usual rice and kabobs. The falafel sandwich was incredible! The sabich was another incredible piece of bread with eggs, mushrooms, cucumbers, etc. Not to mention the eggplant sandwich!!! Best Mediterranean food so far!!! Excellent customer service!!!

Finally got around to trying out this local Israeli spot There are always people eating and hanging out at this truck so I knew it was going to be good. The sabich sandwich was incredibly fresh and tasty, full of flavor, very creamy and wonderful. Look forward to trying all of their other menu items.

Best Sabich sandwich. They make their own Pita bread, and I was lucky to get there right as soon as they came out of the oven. Best I've had outside of Israel. Highly recommended and will definitely stop by every time I'm in the West Valley.

Yelp Make your life better, go order from this truck!!! The only 1 draw back is you will be negotiating with yourself how many times per week you can come back! The NICEST man & woman run this spot, they are more than happy to help you with the menu if you are not familiar with the food yet. I used to think my kids loved going to the library, then when the library closed for covid I thought they loved going to Office Depot. Nope. Turns out they will find ANY excuse to go do an errand near the boureka truck! This truck makes Encino a better place. They sell out so don't wait too late in the day or you will be sad. There is no place nearby that will satisfy you if you miss the bureka truck. You will just feel sad the rest of the day & then you will be there early the next day! This is literally one of those places that warms your heart, & makes your whole day better:-)

Best Authentic reasonably priced home made food everything is tasty fresh and delicious i am there 3 times a week i get the Sabich ( eggplant egg hummus salad in a pita ) and i get the cheese and spinach borekas Pastry comes with a hard boiled egg and tomato sauce so good !!!

This place is the definition of a hole in the wall.I ordered their Pocket wrap, reasonably price and quite delicious. Been here a couple of times now.Gets a little messy walking and eating since there is no place to sit down and eat. Also gets very crowded during lunch hour.
