Service was excellent and friendly. Food was fresh and as good as the old days. The manager was very professional, he double checked and verified the order before he handed it to me. This place is highly Recommend. Definitely, I will be coming back

Had a great experience at Carl’s Jr! The food came out fresh and fast, but what really stood out was the service. The manager was incredibly nice—welcoming, attentive, and made sure everything was just right. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers. Will definitely be coming back
The service here was amazing! The cashier was very nice, patient and helpful and the food came out well and tasty.
Are they ever going to fix the parking lot? It's been in sad disrepair for years and there's now a pothole so large when you first pull in that it's going to cause damage to lower cars and sedans.
Very good food and service at this location. Of particular note is Guy, our server who was pleasant and thoughtful. Got our order correct, asked the right questions to make it right and did it with a smile. It's so easy these days to just complain about issues or what was wrong, but very few times do we recognize excellence. I think most of us has seen a decline in quality of fast food joints these days. It's nice to see someone take their job seriously and provide great service.
I hope that the folks who manage this site take note and give Guy his kudos, he deserves recognition.
Knocked off a star because the driveway around this place took some mortar fire and it's in bad shape.

Purchased a gift card at the local Ralph’s to keep in my wallet in case I wanted to grab something on my way home and didn’t have cash. Tried to use it on three different occasions and the employees told me that their manager has informed them that they do not accept gift cards. Each time I explained that this was not a promotional card I had been given, but, rather a card that I purchased and that I have confirmed has a balance of $15. In each case, I left my telephone number for the manager to call me, but, of course, I have received exactly ZERO contact. Spoke with customer service by telephone today – – they were very apologetic, but couldn’t help me and gave me yet another telephone number to call. Sigh…
By far the worst fast food service i received; there's a limit to how much ill brush off as human error. The situation is as follows:
I pull up to the window; the employee asks if i want to try their tropical lemonade; i say i want it in large with light ice; i then order a 5 piece tenders and a jalapeno double cheese, both a la carte; he asks if i want to add chicken stars and i decline; when i pull to the next window, im charged almost $30 for my order; i ask for a order review and pick up that they added the chicken stars anyway, so i get it removed, but my meal still feels to pricey; im given my food and notice my drink is full of ice and a small fry is in my bag; double checking the receipt, i realize they not only added chicken stars, but also upgraded my a la carte tenders into a meal and made my tropical lemonade a drink upgrade. That means my order price was increased by both the meal and drink upgrades, yet all i get in return is a small fry i never even asked for. That also means that the employee taking my order literally got every aspect of it wrong except the burger; and to top it all off, the fries were bland and unsalted.

25 minutes for one hamburger and jalapeño poppers I don’t think so. I will never come here again.
