Great service — the place was empty, but the staff was very attentive. The burgers were not the best, but decent for a quick bite if you’re in a hurry.

If I could rate this with zero stars I would. Earlier this afternoon I placer an order through the Carl's Jr app. The doordasher never delivered my order and marked it as delivered. I was outside as I instructed the delivery to be handed to me.

When the driver refused to answer my calls I called the Carl's location and explained what had happened. The woman on the phone offered to redo the order and drop it off as I am not able to drive due to a medical condition, she said she would deliver it after 3pm today, I called around 2:45, the line rang and rang and no one picked up, I didn't speak to anyone until 3:08pm and after explaining what happened I was hung up on without any response. I tried to call back but they have not picked up

So I'm out my money for the meal I paid for and no food that was promised to be delivered

THEY SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO PASS OUT A COUPON THAT EXPLICITLY STATES NO PURCHASE NECESSARY AND TELL ME YOUR NOT TAKING A COUPON ANYMORE BECAUSE YOU HAVE A NEW COUPON OUT, AND THEN TELL ME THAT I HAVE TO PURCHASE SOMETHING TO USE THE COUPON. THAT TELLS ME YOU TAKE THE COUPON BUT DONT HONOR THE TERMS ON THE COUPON. IT STATES ON THE COUPON THAT IT DOESN'T EXPIRE TIL O1/26 AND THAT ITS NO PURCHASE NECESSARY ON THE COUPON. THIS IS ALL AROUND BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES AND WILL BE REPORTED.

Please be careful exiting the drive through!!! I hit the island curb leaving which was so embarrassing. Why is that even there!??!?! Serious safety hazard! Thank god I didn’t pop my tire or damage my bumper. Ordered a Diablo burger and asked for no bacon 2 times only to get home and see they put bacon (I don’t eat pork) Will not be coming back to this location. I can only imagine leaving the drive through at night and hitting that curb hard

Food was fine, tasted fresh and how I ordered it. My review is because the manager didn't know how to handle on site staff. They were literally arguing, about to throw blows right behind the counter. I stopped in after a 11hr shift down the street before a 90 min drive home, I wanted to enjoy my meal since I hadn't eaten all day but had to listen to the drama surrounding this work place. Watched another customer stand there for a few minutes as the manager and two girls argued. Go 5 min in any direction and you'll find another location.

Worst Carl's experience ever. Went on a Sunday afternoon, and we were the only car in the parking lot, and no customers were in the restaurant, not a good sign. Only 2 workers there, one taking all the orders, counter and drive-thru, and a cook. Attendant didn't speak good English, we asked for small drink combos, was given and charged for jumbo sizes. Soda machine didn't work, had to order drinks from behind the counter, so we didn't get our drinks until too late to see the mistake she made. Wanted Root Beer, was told they had run out. Utensils, napkins, straws, catchup were not accessible in front of the counter. Napkins, we only got 3 for two people, were thin like tissue paper. Homeless person sitting in middle of parking lot, and one came into the store. Exit road to the street bypassing the the drive through lane was deeply rutted old asphalt roadway in terrible need of repair. This place should be closed down.
