Great Food, Despite Missing Items
I usually love Chipotle for its speed and freshness, and the food that was available this time was very tasty as well. What prevented me from giving a perfect score was the significant lack of inventoryโa large portion of the toppings and ingredients were simply unavailable. Overall, it was a good 4-star experience, and I hope they will be fully stocked next time.

When we arrived, we were told we could not order in person because the credit card system was down, but we could place an online order. I assumed this would be quick, as the store was not busy and the front prep line was unused, with several employees standing there doing nothing. Instead, we waited 10โ15 minutes because they only prepared online orders in the back, despite us being right there. The most frustrating part was that the employees were completely unapologetic and seemed not to care. Overall, the customer service was disappointing.

Always delicious and fresh. Got burrito bowls- pork and chicken.
This is the worst chipotle. Always dirty and last time i went there they said there is no forks. I had to use spoon for bowl.

Extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service. We accidentally placed a mobile order at a Chipotle location over an hour away. When we arrived at the Tarzana location and explained the situation, the manager refused to help in any wayโnot even offering to assist with a refund or remake the order for my daughter. The only option given was to stand in line again, wait 15 minutes, and pay for a new meal. We were already running late to my daughterโs volleyball game, and this just added to the stress. No empathy, no effort to help, just a flat-out โnothing we can do.โ Really disappointing and embarrassing, especially from a brand like Chipotle.

I came in to order takeout with my family. The main guy taking our orders was extremely rude and gave attitude throughout the entire process. He misheard my request and snapped at me as if it was my fault he gave me the wrong side, to top off he aggressively tossed the side order to his coworker before handing it to us. I've gone here for years and never had such a poor experience. I won't be coming back here for a long time.

I love Chipotle but today is the second time I got very disappointed by the poor quality of food here. The first time was over 6 months ago, their fajitas veggies were too salty to even put in my mouth. This time, itโs their brown rice not being fully cooked and hard in the middleโฆ Something is really wrong about quality control in this location.
