One of the best places to start your day with excellent coffee, food selection and Lovely staff.

I have been to so many breakfast places locally and internationally and this was my first time visit to CiCi’s cafe. I was there right after it opens 7:35am on Saturday, it didn’t seem it was Saturday early morning the staff is so welcoming and friendly. We kept checking the menu as it has a large selection. Our waitress was BB, such a delightful person. We kept on asking her questions to what to order and she kept on answering all our questions. Finally we ordered Spicy chicken omelette and Loco Moco ( Eggs Benedict with charbroiled beef patty and mushrooms with potatoes. She asked me how would I like my beep patty..(which is rare and a pleasant surprise). The serving was huge and delicious. The staff kept on coming to ask us if we would like anything else. This cafe is a rare commodity in Encino area where waiters and waitresses are not always in a good mood, or kept forgetting what you asked for. I highly recommend this place to start your day feeling pampered… We loved this place and so going back there next Saturday. I give 6 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ out of 5. And hearts ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

A consistently delicious experience and breakfast staple of the valley. I've been going here for years and haven't been disappointed once. Always a spot to take visitors from out of town when a hearty breakfast/brunch/lunch is desired.

“I’ve been a fan of CC’s Cafe, especially for their famous soufflé pancakes, but my recent experience was quite disappointing. I tried to place an order for their signature soufflé pancakes for pickup along with a breakfast item, but was refused. They claimed the pancakes would defluff and not be good, which honestly felt like an excuse for laziness. If it’s a signature item, it should be available for both dine-in and pickup. To top it off, the customer service was quite rude and short. It’s a shame because I really enjoy their food. Hopefully, they can improve the service and consistency!”

Hostess was rude, food was good! A bit expensive but you get a ton.

The matcha pancakes were absolutely delicious. Creamy, soft, bouncy, sweet. The pancake souffle was also yummy but I preferred the regular ones more! Sister had huevos rancheros and Thai iced tea. Both very good. Staff were really sweet and fast. Parking was a lil hassle since the lot is a small one way but street parking is an option. Went on a busy morning and waited ~ 15-20 min max! Brought 2 dogs with us to sit outside on the sidewalk. Area is right on a busy road.

Best pancakes in town but NO whipped butter! You have to push cold hard single serves butter bricks around and that kinda sucks. Great food though.

Overall great place! Bit of a wait time but the place and food was delicious! Definitely plenty of options, I would recommend checking out the menu online to help with decision making.. Big portions pack with so much flavor.. even the coffee was on point.

If you want crowded eating areas & very rude waitresses go here. I used to like this place but recently it has really gone downhill. They are busy so they DGAF about customers u just cattle to them.

Cici’s Cafe is a brunch lover’s dream! The menu is massive, creative, and full of delicious options—from sweet stacks of pancakes to savory omelets and everything in between. Portions are generous, and the flavors never disappoint. You can really tell they put effort into both presentation and taste.

That said, it’s a small, cozy space and super popular, so be prepared for a bit of a wait—especially on weekends. But once you’re seated, the friendly service and amazing food make it worth it.

If you’re looking for a fun, satisfying brunch spot with a ton of variety, Cici’s Cafe is definitely worth a visit!

The food is always a delight, but it gets crowded quickly, and parking is a struggle. It is worth the wait, just be prepared to stand around a busy LA street waiting your turn for a table.

The food here is next level. Best place for pancakes, French toast, waffles, and of course pancake soufflé. Would definitely recommend this location. Come early as there is usually a long wait time.
