Unfortunately, this place has gone downhill. I used to really enjoy crazy Tokyo but now it’s just run the mill. Their old location over on Reseda and Ventura is now Doko sushi And Is way better and the service is great. The food is fresh and good quantity, sure they’re all a little expensive.

The crazy Tokyo just fell off the shelf. The service is low and the food is just not good.

The food was nothing special definitely not worth the price. The ramen was missing many ingredients. When we asked for them he still only brought tiny pieces of pork, nothing else. Beer was warm too. Not going back that's for sure.

I would have given a zero star if I had the option. This restaurant is expensive, not clean and extremely poor service! We came in for lunch today, ramen came in way late compared to other items. The server didn’t check in at our table at all. For their ramen, it missed many ingredients shown on the menu, such as fish cake, bamboo shoots, sweet corn, and sprouts. Food is below average and service is unacceptable. Terrible experience.

I’m not sure if the AC is broken or if they’re just cheap owners. Besides the customers being hot and uncomfortable, it’s an odd thing to have a place that mainly serves fresh fish not keep the temperature to point to preserve the food.

The lady at the front is EXTREMELY rude. They gave away my order. Had to wait additional time and they couldnt even be bothered to throw in an extra item for the inconvenience. In fact the lady told me “you can leave, i dont care”. She called the driver that took my food and yelled at him in front of all the customers. I will never be coming back here. Save your money and your time.
