My experience at this Hansen's Cake was good. I first sent a email to bakery place since the venue we are having our wedding at came with a cake package and Hansen's Bakery was one of the vendors to choose from. It's also near where I live so I wouldn't have to drive to downtown LA. When I didn't hear back, I called the number and the lady who answer was able to answer all my questions. After 27 years of patronizing Hansens Cakes this is my first disappointment. I ordered a "Lemon Cake" for February 25 2021. I got a YELLOW CAKE!!!! Im assuming someone forgot the LEMON extract, juice, zest, flavor Etc......I just know that my cake had NO LEMON!!! I was so excited to EAT SOME CAKE?.
