Was looking forward to buying a latte here and picking up my Too Good to Go order that I made two days previously. Fought traffic to arrive only to find the store canceled it shortly before I arrived. If you knew you were out of something, you could have canceled my order before I got in the car. Can't leave a review on Too Good to Go to warn others because my order was canceled, but clearly you don't care about the customer or building a base of new ones. Guess I'll head to another coffee place for that latte.

Honestly, Laidrey is my favorite coffee shop. My favorite latte is the honey lavender latte. It’s amazing either hot or cold.

No one is rude there, all super friendly and salt of the earth type employees. I also love their desserts and toasts. I am beyond happy that they opened up another location!

super friendly staff and owner as well! Nice atmosphere and space to work. Internet is a bit slow though ...

I’ve been coming here for three years, and at first, I loved this place for its friendly atmosphere, delicious coffee, and great vibe. However, over time, the atmosphere has changed: the team was replaced with less welcoming staff, and the wait time for coffee has increased to 20–25 minutes. That’s incredibly long. Please consider hiring extra staff or finding a way to speed up the coffee-making process.
Coffee is still the best, but the food is disappointing. The selection is wide, but the taste doesn’t live up to it. You could do much better for the price.

What a warm inviting place with a large variety of beans available

Laidrey is the first female start up roastery cafe in the San Fernando Valley! They have great coffee that is roasted on-site and a lovely flower shop and bookstore that is connected next door. This is definitely my favorite coffee in SFV. I'm pretty boring though and usually get a black iced Americano or cold brew. Please consider checking them out and supporting this small business. You won't regret it!

Super cute spot in the valley. Gives a modern feel and space that you can’t find too many places around. I had a strawberry matcha and it was perfect! Not too sweet and super refreshing! I will definitely go and dine in next time :)

Great coffee and atmosphere, so nice to have a spot like this in the neighborhood

This particular location is violating city of Los Angeles ordinance by refusing to accept cash. While any business can decide what form of payment is acceptable, city of Los Angeles law specifically requires businesses to accept cash.

It was the best coffee in the neighborhood until recently but the new barista guy messed it up, he heats the milk to a temperature like Starbucks, teach him how to make proper coffee

My favorite coffee shop in the valley! For context, I'm a drip coffee and pour over snob. I often find a coffee shop might have great coffee, but little to no seating, or great food but poor coffee, etc. a lot of places don't get everything right. This shop, for me, has the best mix of great coffee, great food, and great vibes. I've been plenty of times and haven't had any service issues like some other reviewers have mentioned (and we all know people who are angry are more likely to review than people who had a nice time). The one drawback is that this place can be crowded from the mid-morning to lunch rush. But hey, it's because people like going there.

After going for a walk around my parents neighborhood and walking into the Encino Laudrey location greeted by rude and grouchy employees.

I tried to purchase a large cold brew coffee this morning with a $20 bill. Was rudely told that they no longer accept cash for payment.

The customer is always right and it should be up to the paying customer who is paying for the product weather they want to pay with cash or credit card!!

It's rotten of a business to require and demand payment by credit or debit card. There are people who aren't even fortunate enough to have credit cards or bank accounts.

The female employee treated me like a criminal when I tried to pay cash for a $7 cup of cold brew coffee!!

I also wrote an email this morning to laudrey coffee and have recieved no response!!

This coffee place has rude employees and is a poorly run bussiness!!

After being refused service due to not being able to pay for my coffee with a credit card I walked to coffee bean at ventura and Louise where my cash was happily excepted!!

There is also a paris baguette, starbucks as well as coffee bean within a few blocks of the encino laudrey location.

For the tarzana location there is a coffee bean a few blocks away and a peets coffee im tarzana with great customer service!!

Hopefully laudrey coffee in encino amd tarzana will go out of bussiness.

Rude and poorly run places don't deserve to stay in bussiness!!
