The most exciting thing in the world is walking into a soft serve ice cream place and finding that most of the flavors are vegan!! I tasted almost all of the options and ultimately went with the corn almond. It was very good. Next time I would probably try the cookie butter with vanilla swirl. The mini was the perfect size, 5 ounces. And I definitely could not have eaten more than that. It was already pretty expensive at over six dollars for the mini, so I did not add any toppings...
It doesn't matter how cold and rainy it is during our wintry Southern California, but Magpies is worth the trip every time!
There is an embarrassment of riches of ice cream in Los Angeles, and Magpies has become one of my favorites!
All the flavors are delicious, but my favorites are the Corn Almond and Lavender Vanilla. Be sure to also try the Pistachio Baklava.

On my last visit, there was an annoying family, well they didn't know what to get so they were asking for a million samples. But the girl and the younger guy were so sweet and always nice. I was getting agitated. Lol
