Today I went to McDonald and arrived at the speaker I was behind one car and no one was behind me the lady, taking the orders, proceeded to leave her mic on telling her coworkers that she had charged him a small and not a medium and to give them male the medium because it was her fault she also mention the we’re running low on the happy meal bucket.After that, the lady took the orders, five different cars on the other speaker that came after me. They took an Oder of one car that ordered multiple buckets that came after me then proceeded to take 4 other cars orders that came after I said hello multiple times and was told to give her a minute at this point I was in the drive thru for 15 minutes sitting at the speaker being ignored. Finally the girl took my order and I ordered a happy meal and she rudely said we don’t have it so I asked for the meal she said okay next window. After 25 minutes of waiting for the food the nuggets we got weren’t well done and the fries were cold. I chose to not say anything since it was an infuriating experience with my son getting his hopes up for the bucket and his food not being made properly. Never had something like this happen since this location opened.

i was in here today 1:58 am for DoorDash pickup and I ask at speaker customer name than she (young lady)said come to the window and when I come to window she still not ready my order ..than she said it will be ready in 5 minutes she said I have to park the car at number one, but I waited there for at least 20 minutes..even then the order was not ready, then I called and no one answered the call 😡it’s to lazy worker here both lady was very lazy

This is by far the worst Mcds I’ve ever been to. The workers straight up ignore you and won’t even make eye contact when you are trying to order or pickup your order. The screens are down that let customers know if their order is being worked in or ready. The fries are always old and stale.
