Sept 7th, Came through the drive thru to order 2 sausage burritos, an oatmeal and a senior coffee and I asked if they can please put 3 creams and 2 sugars inside... I stopped to pay and drove forward to get the food and they gave me a black coffee, oatmeal without the apples side, and I didn't realize that the guy charged me for a whole combo... Not what I asked in my order...

Went through the drive through in the morning. The lady at the window got my order wrong then essentially told me to deal with it. If you can't even take an order for a mcmuffin when it's not even busy atm then just premptively apply for unemployment.

Today I had the worst experience at this McDonald's located at 18909 Ventura Blvd, Tarzana, CA 91356. I stopped by the drive-thru this morning and ordered six Sausage McMuffins with Egg. From the start, the service was poor: they didn't give me my receipt and it took a long time to deliver my order. When I asked the manager on duty for the receipt, she responded rudely, saying I should ask the person who took my order, but that person never offered it to me or asked if I needed it. Clearly annoyed, the manager went to ask for it and handed it to me without any courtesy.
To make matters worse, when I got home, I discovered that one of the muffins had a large piece of eggshell inside. It's unacceptable that they don't check the quality of the food before delivering it to customers.
I'm truly disappointed to see how the service and quality at this fast-food chain have declined so much. I do not recommend this place. I hope you can improve your customer service and the care you take in preparing your food.

Not a good experience here at this McDonald's l had to wait at the drive-thru speaker for 10 minutes before anyone took my order total time in the drive-thru was 18 minutes wait 😕 😢 What has happened to McDonald's regardless of where I go the experience is just not good.
I hate all fastfoods but I come here because it's the only place open BUT the pancakes and coffee is pretty tasty! A very nice mcdees and if you are the first one early in the morning you just gotta wear a winter coat...jk CON AMOR! 😝🙏🏾💚

Just stopped by for two iced teas, one sweet and one unsweetened and a small strawberry banana smoothie. The manager looked like she was in a bad mood and either couldn’t hear well or didn’t understand English so well. We were handed a small mango pineapple and two unsweet iced teas. When we kindly told her about the mistakes, she gave us attitude and said “no you ordered a mango pineapple and one is unsweet, I checked.”
My friend and I both drank from the iced teas and confirmed they were both unsweet. She then told us to give her one and we were handed an unsweet one again. I don’t know if she couldn’t hear well or their machines were broken or what :/
But also, the customer service from the MANAGER was absolutely horrible and I feel bad for the employees that have to work under her. Definitely have someone else be manager please!! Mind you, we were the only ones in the drive through.
