I hate all fastfoods but I come here because it's the only place open BUT the pancakes and coffee is pretty tasty! A very nice mcdees and if you are the first one early in the morning you just gotta wear a winter coat...jk CON AMOR! 😝🙏🏾💚

Just stopped by for two iced teas, one sweet and one unsweetened and a small strawberry banana smoothie. The manager looked like she was in a bad mood and either couldn’t hear well or didn’t understand English so well. We were handed a small mango pineapple and two unsweet iced teas. When we kindly told her about the mistakes, she gave us attitude and said “no you ordered a mango pineapple and one is unsweet, I checked.”
My friend and I both drank from the iced teas and confirmed they were both unsweet. She then told us to give her one and we were handed an unsweet one again. I don’t know if she couldn’t hear well or their machines were broken or what :/
But also, the customer service from the MANAGER was absolutely horrible and I feel bad for the employees that have to work under her. Definitely have someone else be manager please!! Mind you, we were the only ones in the drive through.

Using the app is useless. You build your order and at the end nothingn is avail. Don't think you can order a coffee drink especially the latte...machine is broke every single day (per the app) "Not avail" nor do they ever have an apple pies. But for that they wait till you paid and are at the window.

I work taking care of older people I asked a sen̈for cofee for my patient she said I need her ID I told her I have picture of her ID ..she said I cannot sell you the cofee UNLESA you show me ID. OMG. My resident cannot get out of her home...that woman was VERY UNPROFESIONAL.LIKE SHE OWN THE BUSINESS..THIS IS FOR THE OWNER. TAKE CARE OF HER SHE DOESN'T NOT BELONG WORKING THERE..

It was very poor customer service because both the Manager and a lady in a pink blouse attended to her co-worker but left me standing waiting for more than 20 minutes until finally someone came up to tell me that I had to ask for the machine I understand that you have to adapt to technology but in my family I have a member whose food has to be ordered differently so I ask someone to assist me so the service in this place needs more staff and more customer service

Mature lady looks either Persian or Armenian having unnecessary attitude and feels like she owns all McDonald's all around the US , that person should be removed or trained, she's got very bad negative attitude and bad advertising for McDonald's🧹
