How on earth can you work at a coffee shop making coffee but not know that Stevia and Splenda are different things?

I should have driven to Peet's in Tarzana, this is just as bad as Starbucks espresso. The baristas and the pastries were good though.

I think the cashier was tired because she was polite but not really friendly, in my opinion. I found it a bit messy but comfortable and otherwise friendly. Plus I love their coffee!

Great neighborhood branched-off Peet’s with cozy booths and friendly staff. I really appreciated how they tweak classic drinks—my lavender latte was subtle and not overpowering. Free Wi‑Fi and lots of outlets made it a good work spot. Noise level was low even during mid‑morning. Wish they had more pastry options, but what they offered was top quality

Great place for a quick bite and coffee. I visited here from out of town on a Sunday morning. I ordered the egg and cheese sandwich. It was great. I also got a mocha which is mainly why I visit Peets. Peets has the best mochas around town. There was an issue with a deal in the app that I was trying to use, D’Angelo was great and straightened out the issue for me. Great service, give him a raise.

One of the best branches of Peet's. Always have great attitude, great muffins, and great environment. Sometimes, they even give free things. Like today when I ordered coffee to my house. I love their espresso on more than any other coffee around here
Today I ordered 2 cold brew coffees at peets tarzana. The cashier to be nice threw in a free pastry.
The food and service is always good at this peets location.

I must give a shout out to Ruby for remaking my drink not by request but by what she wanted as quality for me. She didn't even hand me the 1st one she immediately said no it didn't come out right. After she made my second drink I thought there wasn't enough strawberry puree put in. When I took a sip..My drink came out better than I expected. I thanked her for caring. I appreciate you peets coffee and tea. PEETS I have been to thus far I have always been taken care of by thoughtful people.
Also shout out to the beautiful red hair young woman who took my order. She was lovely and genuine. Even though Ruby was fast at making the drinks the young woman still helped out her teammate when she knew she needed backup in intricate areas. All of this said both ladies were amazing.
