Very accommodating, but you're here for a food review.
Portions are very generous. 2 of my party could not finish their pho. I went for the bun bo kho. Very well made, strongly spiced. The ratio of noodle to meat was good. At ~$13 a bowl, I'd say you're getting more than your money's worth.

This place has gone downhill. The bowls have become smaller. The water in the soup has become more than the actual food in the soup, and the food quality is just awful. Also, it’s gone up in price double in the last two years sadly. I hate to see this place go but I’m gonna have to write it off. It’s not what it was.

How can I describe it? This was an unexpected delight! We just stumbled across this place while driving by, looking for a restaurant with clean, fresh flavors.
The space was wide and pleasant, and even with the slow economy, they had a decent number of customers. My wife ordered the Bun Cha; she mentioned that the meat portion was a bit small, but it was otherwise quite good.
The kids ordered the spring rolls, which were satisfactory. However, the true winner was the Egg Rolls! We got two with the set meal, and they were so wonderfully crispy that we ended up ordering a whole extra plate.
This place is perfect for gathering with family and friends. Highly recommended!

Guy/waiter with glasses has a terrible attitude… We said hi how are you? He did not say anything back just walked away. Waiter was literally staring me down when we asked for a minute to order, I will not be coming back please work on customer service

Pho So 1 is the best place to get consistent pho and quick service in the valley for SoCal. It was my first time to this location and the broth tasted just a bit bland compared to the other locations. Could’ve been me, but I can’t complain with the price of $14 after tax for a large bowl of pho.
No wait to be seated. Took my order right away. Bowl of pho came out right after I ordered and used the restroom.

This place is super good. Big portions and they’re not shy with their meat (a lot of other places give small portions). Will definitely come back!

Best Pho in the Valley! (trust me I've tried a ton of them) Super flavorful broth and very reasonably priced. You won't be disappointed.

Ordered chicken pho last Friday and it was completely raw. I called immediately and was told I could come back for a replacement. I explained I couldn’t return the same day, and they said it would be fine. When I called later to arrange pickup, they told me I had to bring the original food—obviously I had already thrown it out. Very disappointing service and poor handling of a serious issue. Won’t be returning.

The word fast service doesn't even begin to describe this place. The food is delicious and it was faster than the drive-through at McDonald's

Absolutely delicious! This Vietnamese restaurant has some of the best pho and spring rolls I've ever had. The flavors were authentic, the ingredients fresh, and the service was fast and friendly. Cozy atmosphere and great prices too. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!
