This is the best bakery out there. They exceeded my Expectations. The customer service was above and beyond and making sure that my cake was exactly how I wanted it. Also, the cake tasted amazing. Thank you so much Sharin bakery. I will definitely be coming back. Don’t think twice get your cake from here.

We purchased a cake for my boys 2nd birthday and the fondant foam art cake was very nicely done but the actual sheet cake was terrible. It was totally falling apart and it was cracked when we opened up at home and we only live 2 miles away. The core of the cake didn’t have much cake and it was all just cream. Even my sister in law tried him awhile back and had a terrible experience with him which I found out on the day of my event. Give your money to someone else for your next event.

Fancy and delightful cakes!

Used them for my daughters sweet 15. They forgot to add the real slice of cake and unfortunately everyone found out the cake was fake. So disappointed.

This bakery deserves 100 stars for their talent, professionalism, customer service and overall kindness. I sent them a photo of the birthday cake I wanted and they created a cake even better than I envisioned. They called me to ensure everything was spelled correctly and they delivered my cake to my birthday dinner venue as planned. They're all so kind and they put so much love and passion into what they do. I highly recommend and I'll always support them!

Placed order about 10 days ahead. Cake was executed perfectly and tasted delicious for my nephew's 2nd "monkey, see monkey do" themed birthday.

I purchased a box of Latifeh as a small gift for a customer. When I got the box it was really dirty. It was full of what looked like grease and filling. I asked the cashier to please exchange the box as it was a gift. She gave me another dirty box.

One of my favorite places to go to get my custom cakes. The customer service is amazing & the outcomes of the cakes are amazing! Besides this the actual cake is actually really delicious. I been coming here I want to say for almost 2 years now & I will keep coming!

The pastry tasted awful and tasted like soap they looked like coochies with cream and it wasn't what i asked for, they could've explained what they were like and all they said was "it's what we have" and they were hella silent to the point i couldn't even hear what they were saying plus it's expensive for like 9 of what i got. I rather just make them myself at home atp

Absolutely the worst customer service experience with this bakery for a birthday cake. Stay away if you can! The owner was an extremely rude person. Did not deliver the cake we asked for (picture provided) and said we do our own version; charged us an arm and a leg; got upset that we called to complain about how he rushed us out the door when we were paced the order and cussed and yelled at us that he can’t fix the cake he messed up on right away because he was behind on his orders. Treated the previous client the same way! Needs serious anger management. Never going back! What an awful experience that should have been a nice one.

I wanted cupcakes and decided to check this bakery out even after reading the one negative review. When we arrived it took maybe 5 minutes for someone to help us. There were a few 12 mini cupcake packages on display. We asked for one and we paid $20 for it. Came home and tried them. They were awful. It was like biting into a paste of sugar and I had to spit out each one that I tasted. They most likely soaked the cupcakes in sugar water in an attempt to keep them moist for several days. I looked for an expiration date and saw that there was a sticker on the bottom worn a date two days away still. Maybe when you order cakes it is diferent, but i will never order from to this place. If you're looking for cupcakes you are better off going to Viktor Benes inside Gelson's or even to Vons.
