I am not a big Starbucks person however this location is next to my house so if I have a early morning I might stop, however I can't remember when they ever got my simple order correct......all I take is a Vanilla Latte and ask to make sure it has little to no foam......never have they got it right....I know they get some crazy orders but a easy one like mine NEVER gets made right.....oh well

I work near this starbuck so I go there out of convince. But as time has gone on, I've gone less and less because I'm honestly so tired of my drink being consistently wrong. I try not to make it a big thing, but today was honestly my final straw. I asked for my to be a certain way two milks oat and half and half I asked them to put it on the sticker so it wouldn't be forgotten (my brother in law who works there told me to tell them to do it like this or they won't do it) and guess what it doesn't taste like it's in there. I called them because this is like the 4th time this has happened, and they told me no, they made it right, and it's just my mistake. Even though again it's not even on the sticker so I don't believe the oatmilk was put in (even if that's the normal way it's made). It just doesn't talk right. Not to mention, the espresso tastes burnt, which is something else I don't like about this location. I think they are so busy and over whelmed with people that it's all just perfunctory. Efficiency over quality. Most of the people who work there are nice. It's a Starbucks, just not a location I'm planning on frequencenting anymore
