Sushi Spot Restaurant is a fantastic dining option for sushi lovers. The food is excellent, with particularly fresh and melt-in-your-mouth albacore sushi. The spicy crunchy albacore roll is a must-try, and the chef set menu is an amazing deal. The fish is super fresh, everything is reasonably priced, and the flavor combinations are wonderful. The service is top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff who give amazing recommendations. Located in the valley on Ventura Blvd, this hidden gem offers unique cut rolls and fresh daily supplied fish. Though tables are close together, the restaurant's quality food and service make it worth visiting. It's a shame that it's only open for dinner and five days a week, but it remains a favorite sushi spot for many.
