Amazing sandwiches....other gourmet sandwich places pale in comparison. Homemade chips and fries are very good quality. Veggies and ingredients are high quality. Extra points for the spiffy man in the chef uniform taking care of making the sandwiches!

Ps free parking available behind the building, entrance is near the pharmacy building.

Amazing sandwiches and fries. I had the media noche and it was very good. The key with that is the pickles. There were plenty, perfect thickness, and flavor. The sunrise breakfast sandwich also looked good. I also appreciate their Jones soda dispenser. It’s a nice change from the regular brands we see. It’s very good and highly recommended.

Stopped by the Carving Board in Tarzana for lunch and we were thoroughly pleased. The menu had such variety without being overwhelming. We tried the Sweet November and BBQ sandwiches, and everything was fantastic. The flavors and presentation were wonderful, and the staff were great – happy, helpful, and pleasant. Don’t just drive by this place, you gotta stop and try it!

Unnecessary long wait for a pick up order due to the skinny lady not paying attention. No customers, someone comes in orders and gets their order before me.

Beware of mean girl energy. I went in to place a to go order, off rip I recieved a not so warm welcoming from a woman cashier. From there a man co worker took over for her. He kindly took my order with no problems. I asked him if there was a restroom, to which he replied yes. The woman cashier then ran to the bathroom, making sure to slam the door so we knew she just went in there. I waited 5 minutes and she hadn't come out, although she heard me ask to use the restroom. I knocked on the bathroom to which I got met with a very rude "AYEEE". I waited 5 more minutes and notified the other workers. One went back there to which she told him "she was changing" so she couldn't come out. 15 minutes went past, they finished my order and she never came out! What type of customer service is that? It wasn't customer service, it was mean girl energy. She knew I needed to use the bathroom and she sat in there for 15 minutes, on the clock to make sure I couldn't use it. This made me experience very uncomfortable and I will not be returning. Maybe consider hiring woman who don't let their insecurities affect their customer service.

My boyfriend was telling me how good this place was and we got here 25 minutes before closing, as we were looking at the menu, this male worker told us in a Rude way as he clapped his hands once “alright guys we are closed in 10 minutes” I looked at my boyfriend and told him that was rude, he said “yes let’s go” the female worker at the counter was actually nice and told us, “we actually close at 5” she was nice but the bad actitud of the guy already ruined it for us. I feel so bad because my boyfriend really likes this restaurant and that was a bad experience for both of us.

I'm really disappointed because I really love their food, but i have to say they need more polite employees!I've been at this location many times before, but it seems that their customer service doesn't seem to change for the better throughout the years.I usually order from here directly from my Door Dash, so i personally don't deal with their bad customer service ordering online anymore.But, my boyfriend went on one of my cravings to order their BOMB Bentley with their mouth watering cashew coleslaw?Anyways, when my when my boyfriend finished ordering, they told him that they only accepted a card, NO CASH, and if he didn't see the signs, rudely.I know my punjabi❣️ HE IS KIND & GENEROUS AND TOLORATES MORE THAN HE SHOULD.The guy at the register made it clear that he would not make the food until my boyfriend paid for it, which is understandable. So my boyfriend told him that he would go to the Chase nearby, and if they could kindly start our meals to kill time having to go to the atm (after a long day of work) and he left $40 to cover our order until he got back from deposting money at the chase atm near by being that they don't accept cash, and card only.When my boyfriend got back to Carvingboard, they hadn't started our meals paid for in cash for the mealtime.So, my boyfriend had to wait extra time for our meals to be started, exhausted after work. To top it off, them KNOWING WE WERE ORDERING CASHEW COLESLAW, they told him he had to wait even longer for them to make more coleslaw. Smh!When my boyfriend arrived home. We finally wanted to grub on our mossion for a meal, I noticed that my Bentley didn't have much meat, and the coleslaw was NOT fresh, so i tossed it because it didnt seem right.I will not be ordering from this carving bored in person or with doordash anymore knowing how this business runs!I'm seeking a better managed carving board that is kind & considerate to ALL PEOPLE?

Great find!! Honestly the electric menu and ambience gave off fast food/cheesy casual energy but this place has craft food! Definitely a lot of care into the product and we loved both of our orders. Chips were fantastic. Would certainly stop in again for another bite!PS I apologize for the picture! We couldn’t wait to dive into our food!

This carving board location has gone downhill. Food quality has declined and the staff are pretty unfriendly and unhappy to be working here. They also do not accept cash as a form of payment and do not advertise that anywhere.
