I've been living in the valley for a while. This is my second time visiting and Everytime I visit I see a celebrity. Anyway that's besides the point the food is excellent. It was a party of 3 and we all tried each other's food and we were all pleased. The fried chicken is very delicious. Wish they were open at dinner time...

I’ve been to this place twice and I like it though I find the food to be rather bland, but that’s not really a diss. It’s good overall it just doesn’t have the flavor that I’ve been looking for I like it really sweet breakfast and this does not offer that a couple times I’ve tried pancakes. That’s OK. I think this place is a great mom and Pop restaurant and if you’re in the area, you should try it out we can get you In and out rather quick and they have a good space of indoor and outdoor seating. I do think this place is an icon of vent or a Boulevard in the area.

Stay away from this place at all cost if you don’t want to ruin your morning! We got overcharged for the drinks we’ve never ordered, I figured it out because they were too many charges for the two of us and since his bill is not customized you don’t know what you’re paying for and that’s how they overcharge people. When pointed it out to the owner instead of apologizing he (I believe his name is Paul Ma) )got mad and rude, raising his voice. I’ll make some complaints and hopefully one day his license will be revoked and this place will be shut down indefinitely.

I had an amazing breakfast experience that deserves more than just five stars! The food was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. Everything from the eggs to the mimosa was spot-on and satisfying. It was one of those meals that makes you pause and appreciate how good a simple breakfast can be. What made the experience even better was the service. Karen was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we walked in. She went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, and her warm attitude truly stood out. And it wasn’t just Karen—the entire staff was fantastic. Everyone was professional, polite, and worked together seamlessly to create a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. It’s clear they care about their guests and take pride in what they do. A perfect start to the day. I’ll definitely be returning!

Nice place, inside has booth and counter seating. Outside has table seating with umbrellas. They validate parking behind building and street parking is available. We went at opening (8am) and we were able to go right in and pick our seat. We ordered an Americano coffee-good, Jim's omelet-ok could use more salt or seasoning, wheat toast-good, 3x3 pancakes and bacon-pancakes were blah, no taste. If pancakes came from a pre-made package they need to switch or if from scratch they need to add more vanilla or something. Even with the syrup still no taste. I would not recommend pancakes. Bacon was good and crispy. Service was great and menu is extensive they have some of everything on the menu.

Amazing food and even better service. Will definitely be returning. The server recommend the california omelet. Was not disappointed. Pancakes where great and the mocha latte was perfect. Mom order the ham, egg, and pancakes. She really enjoyed it as well. Sister also enjoyed her Mediterranean omelet with the biscuit.
