Horrible doesn’t even begin to describe how disgusting this place is. I found a construction grade staple in one of the falafels I was eating. And we took the food back to the store and simply asked for a refund and never received it. Followed up with multiple phone calls and nothing. I definitely would never recommend this disgusting establishment to anyone. Stay away before you eat something way worse and die!

Came here last night, February 4, 2025 ordered food to go we had to wait almost 45 minutes to get our food. The Service was so slow there was only one cashier and there was 3 employees standing there just looking at the customers there was a line and there were taking long to take orders. I will not come to this place again. The food was bad. We all woke up with stomach aches. My daughter was throwing up.

As a middle eastern place who lives in Tarzana for over 10 years. This place has been unfortunately been Mismanaged for so long. Unlike the other branches they do not care about customer satisfaction. Unfortunately my family and I were affected by the wildfires and decided to pick up food for my family. When ordering specifically asked for them not to put an ingredient due to my child being allergic. Upon getting home my child sees that he can’t eat his food cause he’s allergic to tomatoes. I was left speechless. They completely ignored my requests and do not care at all. I called to let them know and all they said was we are sorry to hear that with no remorse or trying to make Right. Do yourself a favor don’t be dissatisfied go to any of the other locations. You won’t be disappointed.

The chicken was very tender. Along with their garlic sauce and warm pita bread, it made a good meal. Not much of a service to speak of but the bathroom was clean which is always a plus.
My husband and I ordered dinner tonight , and it was just delicious, everything was cooked perfectly..... The food was ready and waiting when I got there ...the service was great ? the young lady at the counter was very sweet and they gave us extra pita bread!! ? Thank u to everyone from chefs to counter person ! I'll def be back ?
