This was my second bad experience with this place. The sandwich wasn’t even wrapped, came with no dressing, was overcooked, cold, and the bread was ripped. I called the restaurant and they told me to call DoorDash for a partial refund instead of offering to remake it or send a replacement. They clearly didn’t care, and the quality has gotten even worse. Very disappointing — I won’t be ordering again.

We love this local chain. Driving down Ventura I noticed one in Tarzana and did a U-turn. The falafel and baba ganouch are terrific. I'm vegetarian. My friends like the beef and the chicken wraps.

I’ve loved Zankou’s chicken for years — it’s the best in the Valley. In the past, the service here in Tarzana was a little hit-or-miss, but lately it’s been a big improvement. Zack, who’s now working the register, is fantastic. He’s friendly, efficient, and makes the whole experience smoother. It’s great to see the food I’ve always loved matched with excellent customer service.
My girlfriend went to grab me a Lule kebab plate. The meat was so dry almost felt like rubber. It was not edible. I asked for a tabouli salad and I got a cucumber salad. The entire order was wrong. I’m in the hospital and I couldn’t even eat before my surgery not coming here again.

Ordered takeout for a half plate. Paid for it and when I started to eat at the office, to my surprise got a quarter plate. Called it in and was acknowledged by the manager as their mistake.
Promised me for any full plate anyday. Called in today and was given the run-around by whoever is taking the call.
Do not trust these people. Check your food to make sure they are giving you what you paid for. Trying to do fraud for such a small amount. Shameful!
