This shows me that customer satisfaction is still important to some businesses and managers. I couldn't be happier with the phone call or the accommodation the manager offered. Ordered delivery. Told us it would 35-45 minutes. After an hour, called to inquire why the delay. HOWIES said there was only one driver who went on a break. Canceled the order. Howies lost a regular customer.
