The staff needs a serious attitude check, I went there around 4pm on 8/21 after not going for a few months due to having to wait in the parking lot literally every single time we go and always having to go back in for missing and/or wrong items. Again, today we had to sit in the parking lot along with other cars waiting and still had missing items. When my husband went back in the lady acted appalled that he complained and instead of smiling and apologizing, she offered excuses with a crap attitude. It’s understandable for accidents to happen but when it’s continuous and met with a crap attitude, it’s worth a bad review. We love Jack in the Box but the Tehachapi location is more than lacking. If I’m waiting for food in the parking lot, should it be cold, gross, missing items? This was our last time going to the Jack in the Box, Tehachapi location. I would like to to note that one of the last times we came, the manager was sitting on her laptop at a table, heard our complaints and was very polite, coached the employees, and offered us a dessert which we declined but it made the situation better because she was polite and offered a resolution.

Visited this location around 10pm had a big order of 4 Munchie meals. Had to park and had it brought to our vehicle. The Employee was Very nice and had a welcoming smile on her face despite being busy. Now THAT'S Customer Service 🥰

The manager at the Tehachapiis completely unprofessional and dishonest. This kind of management damages the brand’s reputation. I hope corporate looks into this location.

I ordered chicken wings on online, and when I went to the store to pick them up, they told all sold out. The staff helped me apply for feedback but didn't help me apply for a refund.

Don't EVER expect your mobile order to be on time.

They ALWAYS have us pull up front and park.

There is NOTHING fast about this food.

You are waiting at least 10 minutes. Even with nobody else in line.

Bought tacos from the drive thru. When I opened the bag, it looked like someone took a big bite out of it. Staff gave a refund and seemed surprised. I've requested a investigation from the corporation.
