I have always loved Kasagiri. When I was around eight years old, my family went to have dinner there. As we were leaving, the owner gave me a japanese cheesecake (thus started my obsession with those!) And I was so struck by his kindness and how much I enjoyed the night that it'll always be special to me.It's changed a lot since then, and I think most places have had to to stay afloat. Best sushi in town. It's also the most expensive sushi in town but I'll pay the price for great quality and great flavor. Their cooked items are wonderful as well. I love the tempura, avocado chicken bowl, chicken mornay bowl. Great salad. The servers have all been wonderful as well. The ramen is really good when Ren is able to make it. 10/10 recommend.

The place is small and was quite noisy. We had to wait, but the staff was apologetic and seated us as quickly as they could.We had 3 rolls: spider, caterpillar, and unagi rolls. They were delicious. They were large as well. We brought some leftovers home with us.Service was good. The servers were friendly.
