The best McDonald's I frequent. Very professional service and food is always great. I also frequent the Rosamond and Mojave McDonald's where the owners are stingy and clearly don't care about customers, unlike the location in Tehachapi. You will experience a significant difference according to who owns McDonald's locations.

I got the pancakes combo on my way to work and was excited, but there was no syrup. Since it was a drive through and I was in a hurry, I didn’t check its obvious if you order pancakes but I guess no more. Had to eat it plain I’ll try again next time.

While traveling through the Tehachapis we stopped at the McDonald's in the Red Apple shopping center. We rarely stop at any McDonald's. That being said, we were pleasantly surprised. It was exceptionally Clean and inviting! The counter staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They even bring your order to your table. This will definitely be a regular stop for us in the future.

They have a kiosk and prefer you use them instead of helping you. The employees are overworked and unavailable to take orders. It is like they are trying to become a food vending machine instead of a resteraunt.
