As an Arkansas boy, Sonic is pretty important to me. I drive over an hour to this location for my occasional self treat. They always treat me well, and are kind. They are one of the most authentic locations in the west coast. I’ve noticed out here that Sonic doesn’t taste nearly as good. That’s not the case at this location. They know what they’re doing, and they do it right. Don’t hesitate to stop at this location!

No complaints on the food, but this Sonic is still the worst I've ever visited. All the stalls screens are either broken or too dim. It took more than 2 full minutes for someone to respond after I pushed the red button, even though I'm the only customer in the stalls. They had to take my credit card inside since they apparently don't have a mobile card reader. The guy on the intercom seemed like he was working hard, but wasn't the most polite. The carhop was great. Overall, this location needs major changes immediately or it's going to fail.

SUPER SLOW!! The app had us place 2 separate orders, we got the first order about ten minutes after placing it. The second order had us waiting forever.....😴 If you need a restaurant that is in and out, DON'T GO HERE⚠️❕️ Only one guy coming in and out of the building...c'mon man

Super slow service. Takes about 30 minutes just to get drink orders and even longer for food, even if there are only a couple other customers there. This has unfortunately happened the last several times I’ve been here, so it is not an isolated incident. I would not recommend this place until their service improves. The workers are also rude when you try to check in, and often take about 15 minutes to answer on the speaker. This is true even if no other customers are there.

Pretty sad they gave me a burnt hotdog… it was so burnt it wouldn’t cut… the burgers the kids ordered was fine… but of course my food was ruined
I always go for the ice.... if there was a sonic in cal city I'd keep them open buying ice alone lol

would have given zero because we waited ten minutes at least at the speaker, he never replied, we werevery patient, So we thought the headset battery died and pulled forward, We were still ignored. Then we see him taking an order from thr car at the speaker! We left, wont be back.

I loved coming here, but what's up with the hours?? It says they're open online but I drive there and it's completely closed. Which sucks because when I place an online order, it says they're open. And now I have to go through the whole process of getting a refund through the app. And the quality has gone waaaaay down. Sometimes when I place an online order and it goes through, by the time I get it, everything is melted and watered down. Such a shame, I loved coming here and getting a drink. But now, I think I'm going to skip this place.
