I really dislike the kiosk and lack of customer service. The food is fine but if I need something I stand at the counter for several minutes before an employee makes eye contact and comes to help.

Pulled up to the speaker sat there with no greeting for awhile. Finally someone's answered and asked us to give them a moment. They finally told us to order and when we started to order we were asked to hold on again. Finally they took our order got to the window cashed out. Sat for a little bit the gentlemen who handed us our food seemed like he was messing around with other coworkers. I get trying to have fun keeping the night going but they forgot one of our burritos. It's a shame cause this placed used to be good. The chicken was like eating beef jerky it had been sitting for so long. Just a same

I went late at night the customer service was excellent for the ones working that night, food was good also.
The lady on the speaker was very rude. Didn’t know what was the problem she had with me. I literally just arrived and she already had an attitude with me. Just very uncalled for, I didn’t even get the chance to look at the menu and order.
