This is an excellent Taco shop, on par with what you would find at your local 'Berto's in San Diego. If you ask, they will even make you a California burrito. Prices aren't crazy, though it is more expensive than Taco Bell.
The restaurant was clean, cozy and inviting. The lady at the counter was very friendly. The food was fresh and delicious. We stopped here on the way from northern California to Las Vegas, nv for a bite to eat. We ordered enchiladas, with rice and beans and 2 bottles of coke. I highly recommend Taco Samich if you get the chance. I wanted a breakfast burrito but it was past breakfast time and the lady at the counter was willing to make it anyway. I didnt want to put her out, so I ordered the enchiladas.Parking: The restaurant is on the ground floor and easy to access.

$28 for an elephant burrito and two wet tostadas? Burrito wasn't horrible, but could've definitely been better. It was mostly rice and didn't have much flavor. Wasn't even given any lemons, but was at least given enough salsa to finish it. Lettuce was really wet so the tostadas were all soggy. Could've had something more filling and satisfying literally anywhere else. Oh well.

When I lived in Tehachapi, this was a regular lunch spot. This restaurant and its owners have been doing a fantastic job for years. I now live in South Carolina. When I come back to visit with friends, this is a must. I LOVE the bean, rice and cheese or carne asada burritos. They are huge... come hungry. This place will not disappoint. Please bring me a burrito is you are headed to SC!!
