The food is great here but the service is definitely lackin, specifically the drive through! This has been 3 times in a row that they've missed something on my order and I've had to drive back to demand my missing food. If im not missing tacos from the order ill be missing condiments or vice versa. These employees need training on jotting everything down that you've ordered so this doesn't continue to happen and I assure you I'm not the only one this has happened to, other friends...read full review

The food here is amazing and the staff is always very friendly. Their rewards point system is nice to have also. Their taco salad is the best one I've had from a restaurant by miles. Their Frescas always taste fresh and amazing too.

Tacos La Villa is a restaurant where the food is often described as great, amazing, and outstanding. The taco salad is the best one from a restaurant by miles. The Frescas always taste fresh and amazing. The fish tacos were fantastic, so was the cucumber lemonade. The salsa options were a favorite. The Horchata, carnitas, and birria were all delicious. The kitchen is crazy quick. The staff is always very friendly and all the employees were on point. The rewards point system is nice to have. However, the service is definitely lackin, specifically the drive through. Orders have been missed three times in a row, with missing tacos, condiments, or vice versa. The flaming hot Chito burrito with no beans has had beans inside, even when the receipt says no beans. Employees need training on jotting everything down and paying attention to what the customer orders. Food preppers need to read how to prep the food properly. There is also a service fee of 3% that was not understood. Despite these issues, the food is ok and great service is also mentioned.
