Cashier looked right at us , started to open boxes , no acknowledgment. Still waited , about 15 minutes or so and someone came from the back . Cashier was beyond rude , rolling her eyes . Manager was nowhere to be found . Lobby wasn't crowded , may be one or two in drive thru . We stop here often en route to Arizona. Sorry your staff is miserable and can't be polite .

The Girl running drive through, at the register and handed me my food was really rude. Maybe she's having a bad day... but Makes me not want to go there again.

I would like my money back. I've been here for years and I've always ordered lunch for breakfast and have never had a problem in the past. I went through the drive thru, the staff was very rude and when I received my meal the entire sandwich was compromised; overloaded with mayonnaise sauce and ketchup sauce. Unacceptable.

Bad experience with management. They called me for an interview, then was dishonest about "schedule time for interview is unavailable."" Whatever that means.

This Wendy's has excellent, friendly, accurate and fast service. The food has always been top notch, except for one time I got fries that were a little cold. Always an excellent experience here thanks to the great employees they hire and good training. My one gripe and it might not be Wendy's fault, because it is kind of located in a sort of food court at this travel stop, is that almost always the temperature in the dining area is freezing to chilli. I guess between 60 degrees F to 70 degrees F. That's cold when you order a soda full of ice and your not moving around. We always bring our coats in, because we almost aways need a coat to eat here. I recommend you grab at least a light jacket before going inside.

This place. Yeah. Man. If you're in a hurry or need to be some place actually on time. Don't bother. Also, of you're heading in to pick up your order or to sit down and eat, do be aware....the door....it will slam LOUDLY behind you. Every time. No matter what you do. It sucks. The service leaves much to be desired. Seriously. Their food doesn't suck though. Surprisingly. The dining area is awkward at best however, excellent people watching while waiting for your food. The truck stops always seem to have something going on to peak my interest if at least only for a few minutes. If you do decide you must have Wendy's. Go early. Or have someone bring it to you to save yourself the irritation. Just putting it out there.
