No drive thru but amazing, took less than 5 minutes to get our food and it was exactly what we wanted
I stopped at this Pilot location to get my daughter a Cinnabon and decided to go ahead and order lunch from Wendy's and I am so glad I did. I ordered a Wendy’s single combo and the burger was not dry and I am not just talking about the patty but basically the whole burger. Wendy's is known for its excellent service, friendly staff, and top-notch food quality. While the dining area can be a bit chilly, the quick and accurate service makes up for it. The fries are always hot and crispy, and the staff is welcoming and efficient. Customers have enjoyed meals like the Baconator on a pretzel bun with a triple meat combo, which is considered a good bite for the price. Many have praised the delicious hot and meaty chili with fresh onions and cheese, and the Jr. cheeseburgers with fresh onions and crunchy pickles. Wendy's also offers the perfect sweet tea and unsweetened tea. Despite occasional loud door slams, the well-run restaurant ensures that orders are typically correct. However, there have been concerns about staff hygiene, with reports of a worker not wearing gloves and having an unbandaged cut. For a pleasant dining experience with great people-watching opportunities, Wendy's remains a reliable choice, although some customers have faced issues with customer service.
