One word. Affogato. I made the mistake of trying an affogato for the first time (in my life) at a la minute. It was so creamy with quality espresso poured over... started off as an ice cream and ended as a cold latte once you got to the end and the ice cream had melted. I dubbed this dessert my newfound favorite and go to guilty pleasure. Since then, I'd ordered an affogato at different dessert places and restaurants in Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego... and it wouldn't even taste remotely divine as the one they serve here. And here I thought that's what all affogatos were supposed to taste like, when in reality I've found a gem. Try one. You can thank me later.

came for the ice cream and was pleasantly surprised. had the balsamic strawberry and enjoyed it. gf got the salted caramel and it was delicious. great smooth texture, friendly staff, and cute environment

Just walked in to get a couple scoops of ice cream and my boyfriend and I were refused service because apparently they close early on Sunday evenings. I am shocked and upset because their yelp and website says they close at 9pm. There is still 20 minutes left. Just a future tip employees- maybe next time lock the door so people don't feel like a bother when they walk in for a scoop of ice cream during normal business hours. I won't come here again or refer anyone here.

A la 10minutes! That's how long you'll wait...maybe longer for ice cream. Two other employees were doing absolutely nothing while the ice cream line continued to grow and the wait got longer! Train your employees to assist one another.

First time trying this place and it was delicious. Tried their seasonal snickerdoodle with the toppings they normally use for the salted caramel recommended by the associate and it was the perfect combo.

Our family of 3 came into the Temecula establishment Sunday at 8:30 pm. The door was open, and many people were enjoying their ice cream. We were excited to do the same. But despite the fact that official hours say the shop closes at 9 on Sundays (and the door was open), we were refused service and left. It was very disappointing because we were looking forward to it after a long drive. Definitely unprofessional for management to deny us service during normal business hours.

Every time I come here its poorly ran, but tonight its been at its worst ever! Credit goes to Mason behind the counter for not knowing even the basics of Customer Service! A simple hello, I'll be right with you, I am finishing up something & I'll be with you in a few ....or something! I waited for over ten minutes kinda thinking he will at some point acknowledge my daughter and I standing right in front of the registe, few steps away from in front of him. He kept on Ignoring or made a quick eye contact with me then look away fast. After way over 15 minutes I said Hiii, were you thinking to acknowledge us at some point? He just giggled & said oh, carelessly! We went and just sit down without him even saying a word. Over 30 minutes now, a young lady came & I went and asked her if she could possibly help us? I explained the situation and she was the one who appologized about the whole thing, took aour order, and give me the guy's name when I asked. Such yummy treat & yuckyyy sevice

The ice cream is made from the liquid cream in front of your eyes! It's very delicious with new and exciting flavor combinations! The ambiance of the room was nice also with cozy wood beams and little lights along the ceiling! Wonderful!
