Amazing, filling, and very tasty.

Walking in, I wasn’t immediately impressed by the layout. The menu is simple with about four boards listing choices on the wall, but there are no photos, so you have to look things up on your phone. Personally, I’d love to see pictures of the actual dishes, especially since the food is built around fresh ingredients and customization. That was really the only downside for me.

The setup is straightforward: you choose a bowl, soup, sandwich, or one of the pre-made options, then pick your proteins and vegetables. I ordered a bowl with jasmine rice and lemongrass beef. I initially thought I could only choose one vegetable, but I was told I could have more — so I went with all of them. Jalapeño, cilantro, cucumber, and the rest were all incredibly fresh and flavorful. I added peanut sauce, which tied everything together nicely.

We came in with a large group of ten, so we took up a good portion of the restaurant, but service was EXCELLENT! It is family-owned. I didn’t catch everyone’s names, but I did get a chance to talk with the chef, who is also the owner. The whole staff treats you like you’re over for a family dinner!!! Truly a wonderful experience.

Now, let’s talk about the food 🥘 The food presentation surprised me in a good way. The rice goes on the bottom, topped with vegetables and a generous portion of lemongrass beef. The lemongrass flavor was excellent — not overpowering, just right. My wife ordered the pork, and that was fantastic as well. Everyone enjoyed their dishes. 😃

There’s also a seasoning bar with hoisin, sriracha, green onions, garlic, and crunchy toppings, which lets you fine-tune the flavor exactly how you like it.

I honestly didn’t expect the bowl to be as filling as it was. I was completely satisfied and barely finished it. Everything tasted fresh, balanced, and yummy 😋

This place is a hidden gem in Temecula, right at Butterfield Stage and Temecula Parkway on the southwest corner. Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely be back.

This place is a solid stop! The owners definitely take pride in their cuisine. Fresh, bright vegetables, good broth, and quality meat. They have 5 main specials (“chapters”). Two dry vermicelli bowls with a killer sauces (yummy beef and garlic shrimp options), a spicy chicken soup option, chicken pho option, and a bahn mi. Also a build your own bowl or soup menu. I got the chicken pho: came out piping hot, and the chicken broth was surprisingly deep for a light broth. The vegetables were perfectly crispy. A nice hug of a chicken soup. Self serve condiment station. Tasty beverages (a Thai lemonade!? Love. Lychee lemonade is also stellar). Only con was they were out of the pho chop sticks during my visit and I used the wooden to go ones. A little different eating pho with those. Overall would return, a definite highlight in my road trip.

Wow amazing 15/10 stars that's right one five . Chapter 3 red chicken curry. Chapter 4 pho was 9/10 stars. Place is wonderful chill place . Nice for date or family. The staff are amazing also. Very clean place. This place is a GEM 💎 ✨️ 💖 😍 🙌 ❤️.

While walking by outside my daughter noticed flames through the window, so on a whim we decided to go in and investigate. My greatest impression was the staff. They were so friendly and helpful. Like, the most friendly and helpful that I have ever experienced at a restaurant. I have multiple dietary restrictions and my daughter is a picky eater. They created a completely custom order for us, smiling the whole way. My daughter enjoyed watching the open flames up close while the cook prepared our meal.

We totally love the vibe: chill music, lots of greenery, a cute/modern mural on the wall, and lots of natural light coming in through the glass storefront. The space is clean and airy.

These people love their job and make delicious food. We discovered this place by accident. And we will be back.

I came here for the first time in Halloween during trick or treat hour. These guys had candy out and were so fun to interact with. Very sweet and attentive. Seems like a great spot, I'll definitely be back.

Wow! What a gem in Temecula! We drove up from San Diego and couldn’t believe this Bahn Mi was better than what you’d find all over the big city. The meat is phenomenal, the bread is crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. I’d ask for some extra veggies and be sure to get some fried egg rolls to eat on the side. If you want something sweet, the lychee lemonade is yummy and refreshing. I can’t wait to try the pho and vermicelli bowls!!
