Walking in, I wasn’t immediately impressed by the layout. The menu is simple with about four boards listing choices on the wall, but there are no photos, so you have to look things up on your phone. Personally, I’d love to see pictures...

This place is a solid stop! The owners definitely take pride in their cuisine. Fresh, bright vegetables, good broth, and quality meat. They have 5 main specials (“chapters”). Two dry vermicelli bowls with a killer sauces (yummy beef and garlic shrimp options), a spicy chicken soup option, chicken pho option, and a bahn mi. Also a build your own bowl or soup menu.
