Cookie Monster!!! Definitely my favorite place to get ice-cream! Service here is quick and friendly and the vibe here is chill. This is my go-to spot when I'm craving something sweet and worth the price. Yum!

Don't bother coming after 10pm because the employees are lazy and don't want to serve what's on the menu because they're "sold out" when I can see it directly behind the counter.

First time customers, came in about an hour before closing and did not feel welcomed by staff. Place was not busy, only one other couple in front of us at the time. The lady who was serving us did not make our experience all that great. She was rude when we had asked for samples. Sighing every time we asked to try a flavor, we had tried 3. After paying she had commanded us to "Close the door on your way out." I'm guessing the couple before us left it open, or the group after us had opened it. I understand there's a sign on the door to keep it closed, but telling this to a customer feels the same as "Don't let the door hit you on the way out". Ultimately, I'd like to recommend this place to anyone looking for a late night treat, however as a first time customer I personally would not come for the service.

The girl behind the counter was extremely rude, passive aggressive, and condescending. Terrible customer service and she even passive aggressively told us to close the door behind us. She wasn't patient when we were deciding what flavor we wanted. Never told us we were limited to 3 samples. We found out by her rude comment "yeah that'll be your last sample". Don't want to return and it ruined my ice cream experience.

My wife and I stopped here as we saw it was busy. Don't much be good. We both had ice cream in a cup without any toppings or mixes. The ice cream was good. The staff was nice. I marked this down for 2 reasons. 1 we thought this was overpriced for the amount we received. 2 was we paid in cash and they do. It give change back. So since I only had 20"s. I lost over 8 dollars in the transaction. That is not cool as we still live in America and they should be able to take cash and make change.

Crazy ownthings work here. They have separate hours of operations for milk shakes only? My wife and son went to get ice cream tonight and was told that they don't do milkshakes right now because it has separate hours of operation! The couple behind me turned and walked out.Ice cream was good. But milk shake would have hot the spot. I did look all over there page for the hours couldn't find it. And before any of you thinks I am this d**** Just blew me away that they stop making shakes at 8 pm!

After a has the BEST selection of ice cream of any ice cream shop. All the flavors are delicious it's hard to choose one. But why choose one when you can get the three scoops cup haha. I got take out delivery and the ice cream was well packaged. My ordered arrived cold, compact, and organized. Service is great and the attention to detail is outstanding. I didn't get to go inside of the store front yet, but if it's like the other afters ice cream stores... it's a vibe. Gotta try the seasonal items!

Ice cream is amazing but the three employees that were working when my family and I went in were severely lacking in the customer service area... not friendly at all, barely greeted us and didn't say much at all..very unprofessional
First time here, and surprisingly, it was super good. I ordered the Thai tea and the Saigon coffee, and they weren't bad at all. They are open late, which is cool. It's a shame there are no chairs inside, but I guess that's okay. We sat outside near the theater. I would consider going there again, maybe. They allow taste tests, so I recommend trying a few and deciding because it can be pretty difficult due to how good many of them are.ENJOY!

Only two customers inside. Well the customers treated me better than the employees. There was a male who waited on me that was NOT friendly whatsoever. Didn't greet me or anything. I can go many places and not have to pay to be treated poorly regardless if I like their ice cream. There are plenty of ice cream spots that we are more than welcomed!
