Akash Winery & Vineyard

Hosted our rehearsal dinner at the private patio in the vineyards and it was amazing. The actual space is unique and beautiful, and the staff was super helpful. It was a 10/10 experience for us and was a highlight for our guests. We catered through Bocconocini and the pizza was delicious, and they made extras before we left for us to take home. Cannot recommend more highly for hosting a private dinner/event.

Walking into Akash Winery felt less like entering a tasting room and more like stumbling into someone’s dream mid-stride. Elly, awake and disarmingly warm, greeted me as if I’d been expected all along. No fuss, no script.. just pure organics… a simple question: What do you want to experience? I admitted it was a last minute whim. She didn’t blink. Instead, she crafted an introduction to Temecula wine country that might just ruin me for every other first pour.

At the bar, Spencer and Jordan proved themselves more than bartenders..they were translators, interpreters of the grape, conspirators in the fine art of pairing. Their knowledge of blends, of balance, of how a charcuterie board could elevate a sip into a memory this was no sales pitch. It was conviction. It was the quiet religion of people who’ve decided wine is not a product but a language it was pretty Epic.

Wandering the property, I found myself pulled toward the walls. Photographs intimate, textured, alive caught my eye, the way only honest art can. As a photographer, I couldn’t help but linger. The images told a story: a family that once only imagined these vines, a father who painted vineyards before planting them, a dream that hardened into soil and steel, and then through sheer sweat blossomed into reality. It wasn’t curated nostalgia. It was evidence.

That’s what struck me most love, not polish. The kind of love that refuses shortcuts. The kind of love you can taste in the glass. Akash isn’t just a stop on the Temecula circuit; it’s a statement, a vineyard with soul. And for me, it’s the place I’ll keep returning to. If you want the truest Temecula experience, don’t look further. You’ve already arrived.

My boyfriend and I originally went to Akash Winery just to use our member glasses before the month ended—but it turned into so much more than that! We were warmly welcomed by the team, and had the pleasure of being guided through a tasting by the winemaker himself, Robert.

What we thought would be a quick visit turned into an incredible experience that completely shifted our perspective on Akash wines. Robert's knowledge and passion for winemaking shone through as he shared not just the wines, but the story, craft, and intention behind each pour. It was both educational and inspiring, elevating our appreciation for the artistry involved.

This was truly an 11/10 experience. Huge thanks to Robert, Samantha, and Kathy for making it so memorable. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

Tyler is awesome! I have been a member for nearly two years... and I just had a great experience, wine tasting and talking wine. I learned so much and just had a great time. Tyler and Akash is a great wine experience!

This place felt more Modern. I was on a wine tour. The wines were very good.

This winery was beautiful, the service and customer service was top tier and made me and my friends feel very welcomed. I was really impressed by the atmosphere and the wine and food were delicious as well. I want to acknowledge Christina who really made the day special. Akash Winery was everything we hoped for and more. The atmosphere is absolutely stunning—beautiful views, stylish design, and an overall vibe that’s both welcoming and elevated. We recently hosted a small gathering here, and it couldn’t have been more perfect.

CHRISTINA was truly a gem. So helpful, responsive, and accommodating every step of the way. She went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly and made us feel so taken care of. It’s rare to come across that level of thoughtfulness and professionalism.

Roberto is outstanding, we learned so much about the wine, his wealth for knowledge is incredible.

I left a 1-star review previously due to an Instagram post announcing they were open until 7:30 and serving pizza. Therefore I invited my boss to dinner there, only to find that pizza service ended at 5pm.

Akash immediately responded and upped their game with thorough communication the following week, as well as going the extra mile to bring in an additional caterer for the 2 1/2 hour foodless gap between the end of pizza service and closing.

Have now changed my rating to 5-star in appreciation of their great customer service, and am going to invite the boss again!

I stopped here on my way to Idyllwild on a Friday afternoon. My partner and I arrived right as they opened at 11am, just barely ahead of a party bus. The folks working were so friendly and knowledgeable! I am admittedly not a wine connoisseur and the sommelier gave me great recommendations. My partner had two beers and they were equally as good as my two wines!
The outside seating was comfy and welcoming, inside was the same and the AC was very refreshing.
We also had our dog with us and he is pretty timid and skittish. There is so much space we were able to find a spot where he could calm down away from other folks.
If we lived closer, we would 100% become members.

I came to Akash with a close group of girlfriends this past Saturday June 15 for a tasting. Our server Christina was outstanding, her service and wine knowledge was five stars, and she we all had such an amazing time due to her incredible hospitality. Unfortunately, as we were closing out, a male server began making very unprofessional, rude, and condescending remarks to our server, right in front of our group (and others). Our amazing experience quickly turned into a very sour one, as we felt very uncomfortable witnessing our amazing server, be spoken to this manner. Upon asking to speak with a manager, we were informed the very rude server was in fact the manager on duty. Overall, while we would still return to Akash to see Christina again, we are still very offputted in the situation we witnessed, and really hope upper management takes control over the public bullying we (and many others) witnessed by the manager on duty.

Another amazing tasting at Akash. Robert was knowledgeable, patient, and welcoming and absolutely made our afternoon. We've been to almost every vineyard in Temecula but Akash is by far our favorite. Not only are the wines amazing, but the people are genuine and friendly and the vibe is always great.

Great stop for the total high class experience. Higher recommended!
