This is one of our favorite spots at the Pechanga food court. Their philly cheese steak sandwich is delicious and shareable, so its perfect for me and my hubby. Also, we really like their onion rings - YUM! And the serving size is generous! We have had their chili cheese fries which is really good, but I think I'd prefer the onion rings. I do have to add though that they have good fries!

This last time we were there, we were helped by Victoria (I hope that was her name). She was a very personable young lady, super friendly, interacted with us and had the best smile! Probably the friendliest experience we've had at the food court. I noticed they had a glass bear with gummy bears, which looked a lot like the viral Starbucks bear. I asked her how much it was - it was $12. My first reaction was YIKES, that's a lot for gummy bears, but she made a joke about it looking a lot like the Starbucks bear, and we cracked up because I told her she read my mind! I decided to get it and told her that she convinced me to get it. We really had a good laugh! Even our friends commented on how fun and personable she was. And I thanked her for making it fun!! I just want to add that once I finally opened the bear jar to try the gummies, they were delicious!! Probably one of the best tasting gummy bears I have had. I'm so glad I got it. The jar sits on my desk at work now. It's really cute. I'll have to take a picture of it and post it.

great response time and amazing customer service

The worse food ever. We ordered three different kinds of meals and they were all gross. Quality of food is beyond poor. I feel bad for people who’s starving and don’t have much options but to come here because it’s after hours and everything else is closed in this casino area.

BELLA has an attitude and needs to be retrained or get fired immediately. I have been a customer at Pechanga for nearly 2 decades, and I experienced repeated subpar trash service from this self entitled confrontational employee. TODAY, was the last straw when this middle aged filipina worker became angry at me for asking her to get Pico de Gallo on the side when ordering my food. When she called my number to pickup my order, I told her I requested to get the Pico de Gallo on the side. She then outrageously got angry and told me it is supposed to be in the breakfast burrito. I told her why SHE was getting angry when I WAS THE ONE WHO SHOULD BE OUTRAGED ABOUT HER GETTING ANGRY AT A CUSTOMER FOR GETTING THE ORDER INCORRECTLY. The audacity and ridiculous behavior insults every customer that has to deal with this ignorant unprofessional behavior. A WORKER telling how the customer should eat his or her food when they have specifically requested it at time of ordering. Hope their immediate supervisor does something this time or I WILL SUBMIT A FORMAL GRIEVANCE TO THEIR UPPER MANAGEMENT OR PRESIDENT THE NEXT TIME THIS IGNORANT belligerent self entitled lazy worker gives me unnecessary stress and bad attitude.

The chili cheese fries are probably the best deal at the food court as of Oct 23. $6 and enough for 2 people. Decent chili and a fair amount of cheese on a large tray of fresh fries. The front end workers don't seem very friendly or well trained but I'd try a burger next time after seeing them. They charge for a glass of water, ranch, etc...

It was the worst hamburger I've had in years. I'm not sure it was even beef. It was like rubber, and had no flavor. Not a classic at all.

Been here two days in a row for lunch. Had burger both timesbecause it was so good first time. Had fries first time which were ok. Saw the onion rings the second time and got it because they look good. Nice and crunchy and thick. Service was pleasant both times. Don't know why the bad reviews but hope this raises it.

Ok so tried it once again this time with a Philly cheesesteak and buffalo wings. As it was before it’s still the same terrible food. This is definitely the last time for me my stomach can’t take anymore torture.
