BELLA has an attitude and needs to be retrained or get fired immediately. I have been a customer at Pechanga for nearly 2 decades, and I experienced repeated subpar trash service from this self entitled confrontational employee. TODAY, was the last straw when this middle aged filipina worker became angry at me for asking her to get Pico de Gallo on the side when ordering my food. When she called my number to pickup my order, I told her I requested to get the Pico de Gallo on the side. She then outrageously got angry and told me it is supposed to be in the breakfast burrito. I told her why SHE was getting angry when I WAS THE ONE WHO SHOULD BE OUTRAGED ABOUT HER GETTING ANGRY AT A CUSTOMER FOR GETTING THE ORDER INCORRECTLY. The audacity and ridiculous behavior insults every customer that has to deal with this ignorant unprofessional behavior. A WORKER telling how the customer should eat his or her food when they have specifically requested it at time of ordering. Hope their immediate supervisor does something this time or I WILL SUBMIT A FORMAL GRIEVANCE TO THEIR UPPER MANAGEMENT OR PRESIDENT THE NEXT TIME THIS IGNORANT belligerent self entitled lazy worker gives me unnecessary stress and bad attitude.

This spot is open 24 hours but not happy with my loaded fries , too much sour cream n not enough chicken , overpriced for $9

The chili cheese fries are probably the best deal at the food court as of Oct 23. $6 and enough for 2 people. Decent chili and a fair amount of cheese on a large tray of fresh fries. The front end workers don't seem very friendly or well trained but I'd try a burger next time after seeing them. They charge for a glass of water, ranch, etc...

Did you win $500 on roulette? Did you lose $1k on roulette? Celebrate or cry with a cheesesteak! This (pictured) meal at 2:30 AM is the way to go. It is life-changing and -saving. It will rejuvenate your soul. Plus it's one of the few locations that is open 24 hours, for all occasions. Sure it's in a good court but don't let that take away from the greatness that is a cheesesteak and fries.

It was the worst hamburger I've had in years. I'm not sure it was even beef. It was like rubber, and had no flavor. Not a classic at all.

Located in the Pechanga Casino food court. Reasonably priced, but the food can take a while so be prepared to wait. A great option when you need a quick bite and don't want to sit down at a restaurant.

All my life I've said there is absolutely no chance at someone messing up a hamburger or hot dog. Then I came here and was proven wrong. Not only do you laugh at me serving this hot. Mess you have the audacity to charge me a semester at a community college for my meal. Just all bad. Avoid this place

Prices are pretty decent compared to their other food joint neighbors (ahem the fried chicken place)...the wait was basically nothing as there was only one person ahead of us oddly on a Friday night. Our food was relatively quick and the burgers were huge. My Hawaiian burger was pretty flavorless and upon inspecting the patty, I can't tell if it's legit hamburger meat or something synthetic. It was messy to eat, the dressing had melted everywhere, but their fries were delicious. I don't think I would return, it was just a one time deal and now I can move on to the next eatery in the food court.

Been here two days in a row for lunch. Had burger both timesbecause it was so good first time. Had fries first time which were ok. Saw the onion rings the second time and got it because they look good. Nice and crunchy and thick. Service was pleasant both times. Don't know why the bad reviews but hope this raises it.

Ok so tried it once again this time with a Philly cheesesteak and buffalo wings. As it was before it’s still the same terrible food. This is definitely the last time for me my stomach can’t take anymore torture.

The Chicago hotdog is almost the same with polish hotdogs except for the condiments. Best alternative for people that eats super late and all restaurants close. Ate here 1-16-2023. The next day. We stayed late again and the we realized Pechanga Cafe is open. Just a bit of a walk towards the hotel proper.Food is great! Located at the food court of Pechanga.

American Classics is located in the food court of Pechanga Resort and Casino, clearly the name says it all. Burgers, Philly Cheese steaks, hot dogs, fries, onion rings, wings etc. Also, I should mention they do have items that stand out like; the Hawaiian burger with pineapple, The Pechanga Philly (meat, cheese, caramelized onions), Cajun Fries, Chicago dog and chili cheese fries. It’s been a while since I’ve had a good burger and thought why not give them a try. Got the classic burger which came with lettuce, tomatoes, caramelized onion, 1000 island dressing on a Brioche bun and an order of small fries. Originally, I opt for the combo which was an extra $3.50 but told the guy cancel the soda and requested for bottled water. He was kind enough to mention that they sell small fries for $2.95 which is still cheaper than getting separate orders and the combo. Just FYI this is not on the menu but if you wanted small fries you can ask. The patty was ¾ lb really big but super dry. I don’t recall having caramelized onions but rather raw onions which I don’t mind. The fries were cold, very disappointed…Also, they charge for everything – Pickled Jalapenos, Ranch etc – be sure to ask beforehand or like myself had to add an 85 cent charge on my card because I didn’t want to carry cash. Wish I knew, well now you know!
