Extremely disappointed with the customer service here, especially from the so-called supervisor on duty. A cake was ordered well in advance, and when I arrived to pick it up, the design was completely wrong — even though the correct design was clearly written on the order form.
When I pointed this out, the supervisor (her name was either Brianna or Brenna — not sure, since she barely introduced herself) said, “Take it or leave it.” Excuse me? That’s her idea of customer service? She then claimed she needed “approval” to give even half off for a mistake they made. Instead of taking responsibility and offering a courtesy discount for their own error, she made excuses and dismissed the issue entirely.
To make things worse, right after all that, she suddenly said, “I forgot to charge you for another item.” Really? After your mistake, you decide to add another charge? The lack of accountability and professionalism was shocking.
This supervisor looked completely unprepared and unequipped to handle a situation like this. Do better. Train your staff properly — or better yet, find someone who actually understands what customer service means. Absolutely terrible experience from this franchise.

My family and I are regular customers. Unfortunately, we have noticed a big change in their customer service. Day by day, their service is declining and the workers are getting rude. Josephinna is the meanest of them. Multiple times, she’s been rude with her coworkers in front of customers and with us. The management needs to train her well and then let her work.

I’ve been a loyal Baskin-Robbins customer for years, especially for my children’s birthday cakes, but I had a very disappointing experience at the Ynez Road location in Temecula. I placed an order for a large two-flavor birthday cake, paid in full, including an extra charge and even applied my reward from the app. Just 1 day before the birthday, I received a call from a staff member asking for an additional $8 if I wanted to keep the two flavors. I explained I had already paid, but instead of honoring the original agreement, they told me I could either pay more or get a refund. I asked to speak to a manager, but the employee was rude, dismissive, and refused to escalate the issue. They processed a refund for the cake price only, but refused to return my reward they used on the order and told me I had to go through the website to request it myself, despite the mistake being entirely on their end. In contrast, the Baskin-Robbins store in Murrieta is exceptional, clean, professional, and clearly upholding the brand’s values. If you’re a true Baskin-Robbins fan, skip the Temecula location and head to Murrieta instead. You’ll immediately see the difference in service, integrity, and atmosphere. It’s unfortunate and frankly shameful that the brand entrusts a franchisee like the one in Temecula, who clearly lacks basic customer service standards and business ethics.

I’ve waited in line for like 30minutes and there was only me and 1 person around, I honestly don’t know how they been making a milk shake for like 30minutes, we left early because of this.

Great little spot with plenty of seating near the mall. The Baskins Robbins at this location offers top notch customer service. We had a craving for ice cream so the wife ordered the pralines and cream on a sugar cone and I had a scoop of chocolate and a scoop of coffee. We enjoyed the refreshing ice cream treat. The place is clean and the customer service is stellar.Highly recommended.
