Great little spot with plenty of seating near the mall. The Baskins Robbins at this location offers top notch customer service. We had a craving for ice cream so the wife ordered the pralines and cream on a sugar cone and I had a scoop of chocolate and a scoop of coffee. We enjoyed the refreshing ice cream treat. The place is clean and the customer service is stellar.Highly recommended.

Great experience tonight. We got to sample ice cream and pick our favorites. Great customer service
Warm welcome and offer to taste any flavor I was interested. Great! Thanks for that. Purchased two scoop sundae with hot fudge. First, I have not been to BR in a long time, but OMG, the scoops were so tiny that it felt a bit of a rip off. Then I go to pay $6.51 for my sorry sundae and I said, "Oh shoot. I have coins in the car. Do you have a spare penny?" Sure, we have plenty. Okay, great. Here's $7.00. Thank you. Your change is $0.49 said with the most enthusiastic smile. Me staring blankly at her like, what the heck. They need to step up their game.

Centrally located in Temecula promenade, the place is a combo with TOGO. Neat, clean, spacious, with outside seating as well. Highly recommend "Triple MANGO". This flavor is the closest it gets to Pakistani and Indian mangoes. The staff at this location came across as a bit cold (no pun intended). We got there about 5 minutes before they close on a Saturday night; and felt that the staff wasn't pleased to see us.

Shame on me for not asking her name. Sweet gma age like me. Smart and knowledgeable on the ice cream. More importantly a beautiful personality. We will be back...lol not for chicken waffle ice cream. Have her teach all your stores kindness and professionalism. I don't eat oc cream often....but BaskinRobbins will slways be my cheat day choice. Sweet lady we will be back.
