You'll either have great service or mediocre service when you go there to eat. Maybe they don't have enough servers/waiters/waitresses. At least that has been our experience so far. Now the food is great and so are the drinks. We've also been to a couple of the comedy shows and they have been great. The Vet Network is also a great event that they sponsor. We'll keep coming for the events but probably not to eat unless it's at the bar.

Somewhat of a limited menu, but I think its more of a bar than a restaurant, its basically a cafe with a well stocked bar, which is fine if you want a quick easy meal. Gourmet burgers are thick and big, very fresh & excellent, staff is great, plenty of parking.

I've been here several times, it's usually not great but today this place was awful. We reserved a table, once we got here they said they didn't have reserved seats. The waitresses are super rude. The bartender didn't order our food then they said sorry kitchen closed with nothing to even compensate. Will not be coming back here.

Love the food and service and really want to give 5 starts but a bit disappointed. Two weeks in a row and no soup even though it's on the menu and have tried to order desert the last two visits and they have none. I hope they can rectify this and I can give 5 starts next time.
I’m a little confused by the good reviews. I’ve dined here twice. Once was just to come check it out and support when they opened and the second time was for a retirement function. Food was decent, service is TERRIBLE. Staff was rude, things forgotten, charged drinks and they were never brought. We brought it to their attention and they were not apologetic at all. Just annoyed. I wouldn’t come back.

I have never had such poor service in my life. The waitress was only attentive when she was having us pay the rest of the time; she was extremely rude and acted like she was doing us a favor. After asking three times, I never received a glass of water. It wasn't extremely busy, yet we waited almost an hour for our food, and then to top it off the person I was with got food poisoning. We both felt it was a strong possibility that the waitress did something to her food because she had been the one questioning why it was taking so long. I would rather skip going out than have to go there again.

What a waste of Halloween fun... went to their so called "Halloween Party " they didn't even decorate. Charging $10 cover for a lame 80-90s themed Halloween party. Stayed till 11:30 and they hadn't even done the advertised costume contest. Left and missed all the other costume contests at other locations. I will never again waste my time or money at this place for a "holiday event". Total disappointment!
