I love this restaurant overall, but last night (NYE) was a disappointment. Meat was overcooked and waiter left for a break as soon as we ordered. The back-up server delivered our meals and then took off, never to be seen again. We needed some additional things, but were just left completely unattended until after we had almost finished our meal.

We had a reservation for 7:00 it asked about the New Year's Eve special that was filet mignon and lobster for two and were told they didn't have it that we could choose from a filet mignon and lobster for one person and we could share it. They would bring an extra plate, however, the next day I was talking to my friend who was at your restaurant at 3:30 in the afternoon and said they did have the special and she and her husband had appetizer and each had a fillet and had lobster and dessert. I don't know why the server didn't offer us that that's what we were going for so I'm disappointed.

I normally don't have much negative to say but this visit was less then the good experience that we have previously had at Black Angus. First our wait time was longer than normal and when seated we were put in a bar booth rather then the restaurant without being asked. Most of our meal was adequate but we upgraded to a wedge salad and some of the lettuce was brown. We picked around and ate what we could and mentioned to our waitress when she picked up our plates that we couldn't eat the brown lettuce that was left. She said sorry but made no effort to reimburse or replace. We were never asked if we wanted dessert or more water. It just wasn't the pleasant dining visit we expected.

I earned rewards via the Black Angus app and our server would not let me use the reward because it was New Year'sEve. The reward was set to expire on 12/31. Why offer rewards and discounts if you will not honor them?

Welcomed and seated by a friendly hostess. Waitress attentive while letting us enjoy our drinks. Food was delicious and presented well. Very pleased on such a busy night for everything to be perfect.

For a very busy night, New Year's Eve, the wait was minimal. The special was dinner for two steak and lobster with appetizer, 2 sides and dessert for a very reasonable price. Food was outstanding as was the service. It was worth it!

Where did the big slice of Mountain Fudge Cake go? Replaced it with a small slice of good cake but no match. Prices keep going up and good and quantity go down. Bummer.

Went to Black Angus on Veteran’s day for dinner. Even with the crowd our food came out quickly and our wattress Teresa was very pleasant and attentive. The manager also was busy helping wherever he could with a smile.
This was a wonderful experience to honor my husband for serving in the military. Thank you Black Angus for doing an outstanding job.

Dried food stained cutlery and plates with a full view into the kitchen tells a pretty grim story for this Black Angus. My diet Dr. Pepper had something floating in it and also some sort of oily residue. We did not eat the food that was brought to us and we didn't stay. Our Server was a basket case and the snotty manager is her Brother. Never ever going back to this location which has been in steep decline over the past year. Still we chose to eat there because it was close to our home of 17 years in Temecula. This location and Staff needs to be evaluated by the owners. Just so bad.

We went and got the lunch special with was 20 dollars person. I got a six oz top sirloin and it came with four shrimp and two side it was worth it.

Was seated at Short table for a party of three celebration was for two of the three parties. Host ordered filet mignon received meat that was other than ordered and very tough. Baked potato was not hot. Did not complain for fear of embarrassment to others. My son and my wife enjoyed their meals wife enjoyed their meals. It was their birthdays. I hope to receive a call back/ reimbursement for my meal.
