It’s been months since last time we ate here but yesterday was not good like it was before. My favorite dish is half roast duck and salt & pepper pork chops. This was the place I go to for those dish. I hope they did not replace the chef, food didn’t taste the same. I don’t care about the price but the quality and taste I do. We were disappointed.

Came here on a vacation trip to Pechanga. Little pricey, but the food is well worth it! Waiter recommended the Black Pepper Beef Tenderloin. Staff were excrement helpful in selecting items off of the menu. Dining hall was prepped and extremely organized. Facilities were clean and well maintained.
Definitely a 5-star rating! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I went twice in this month in Aug. 2025 once on Aug. 3 and on Aug. 9 and both times I ordered the wonton soup. Absolutely delicious. It’s my new favorite. Fast service and so much hospitality. My food is always hot and ready. We’ve had the wonton soup and Mongolian beef. Superb! Can’t wait to return and my favorite machine hit for $1153 out of $20

Reminded me of low-quality food court meals. Pretty disappointing.

This was my first visit, and while there were glimpses of promise, the overall experience left me feeling underwhelmed. I sampled a range of dishes, coconut shrimp, pork belly, dumplings, and duck noodle soup, hoping to get a well-rounded sense of the kitchen’s strengths. The coconut shrimp were nicely crisped, but the flavor lacked the punch I was hoping for; the pork belly had a decent sear but didn’t quite deliver the melt-in-your-mouth richness that elevates the dish. The dumplings were fine, though not particularly memorable, and the duck noodle soup, while hearty, was missing the depth and spice that could have brought it to life. Across the board, the seasoning and spice levels felt muted, which is a missed opportunity on a menu that seems to aim for bold, vibrant flavors. Paired with pricing that leans toward the higher end without the quality to fully justify it, the meal ended up feeling just okay, certainly not bad, but not compelling enough to make it a must return.

Me and my wife had a great experience at Blazing Noodles. The restaurant was very busy, as such I am assuming the general manager took our order and repeated it back to us off of memory. I had to stop and give the young man a compliment on his attention to detail. Food was amazing! Chat soon Pechanga

Waiter Chris was very friendly. Helpful and nice. Five star for him for sure.
The food was served in good amount. One friend rice is good for two.
Orange chicken not that tasty.
It's overall better than the wok in food court.

Waitresses were super friendly, and the food was delicious! We got the chicken fried rice and a tofu dish—both were great. Recommend grabbing two things to share. Will definitely be coming back for more!

Ate dinner with my wife few days ago. Ordered Black pepper tenderloin that comes with white rice and duck noodles soup. White rice wasn’t evenly cooked and it taste bad. Beef was so hard to chew and very salty sauce with it. Those are old beef meat that keep serving to customers. We complain about the issue and guess what? Waiter replace the white rice with the same kind. Waiter claimed that black pepper tenderloin is newly cooked and duck meat as well, but both meat are really hard to chew and had a black color on the beef meat. The black color on the beef meat will tell how bad it is. Duck meat also is hard to chew. The noodles didn’t soak first in a boiling flavored water before putting in a bowl of soup and that makes the bowl of soup warm, I mean just warm. It’s been like these many times for the past five years. I believe before the pandemic. We’d been here with my whole family since the year 2003. I’m hoping that management will take care of the issues inside blazing noodles, please…….🙏

We were a party of 7, we ordered one dish each. The waitress we had was great, she was friendly and attentive. The food was good for the most part. We enjoyed dinner. They set us up in one of the round table at the back corner, quiet with plenty of room.

This is a great healthy option for dining at Pechanga. Hot and sour soup was delicious with a spicy kick. Flavorful beef tenderloins cooked perfectly paired with steamed white rice. We enjoyed sharing a large pot of loose leaf jasmine tea with unlimited refills. Service was excellent and I’m looking forward to my next visit.

I can’t believe this place got a 3.3 star review. As a Chinese from NYC new to Temecula, I said, “finally! Some decent food here!”. It also reassured me when I saw other Asians eating there. I didn’t try the whole menu yet but from the few dishes we did order, it was pretty good. It wasn’t super Americanized.

Overall, this place has decent Asian food, especially for this area. We will be back!
