Chef Chris is a true chef in every way. He mixes and matches flavors and presents food in a masterful and culinarily delightful way. I have had the pleasure of eating several amazing dishes in his repertoire (vegan and SOS free so all healthy!) and I’m never disappointed. His curries are homemade and delicious, his stuffed peppers are to die for and his soups are wonderfully flavorful. In addition to being a master at his craft, he is a really good guy and willing to share and teach others when asked. I’ve traveled all over the world and you will not find a more conscientious and skilled chef than Chef Chris.

I Met the owner at one of my friends events, BEST barbecue I've ever had! A little smoky but his homemade sauces balance the flavor. He sets up hours before and slow cooks everything like real barbecue should be. The portions come with 9oz of meat, and the heart attack Mac n cheese...the best!
